I love PageTiger in its entirety. From day one, I was able to create beautiful, impactful documents—despite having no design background whatsoever. I have never been trained as a designer, never worked as one, and have never considered myself particularly artsy. What I am is passionate and creative, with a clear vision of what I wanted to build. PageTiger’s intuitive, easy-to-learn platform made it possible to turn that vision into stunning, high-impact documents quickly and confidently.

Pros

What I love most about PageTiger is the exceptional level of training and customer support. From the moment I gained access, I was personally contacted by their training team and immediately felt supported. They answered my questions, coached me on best practices, and helped me quickly learn how to create stunning, high-impact documents. The platform’s features are intuitive, easy to use, and surprisingly powerful. I started with zero experience and, in a very short time, was producing beautiful documents and seeing readership increase significantly. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, the PageTiger team responds quickly with live, personal support. I’m incredibly thankful for what PageTiger has done for me and for our department. Keep up the great work, PageTiger team!

Cons

The one complaint that I have about PageTiger is the lack of an "undo" button. I use Ctl+z feature and it often works, but when it dosen't, I spend more time than I would prefer correcting an accidental action.

Pros

We love this product and it has certainly taken our communications to a whole new level. For a non design person, it has been super easy to learn and navigate around the system. So easy and quick to create really engaging material, love using the interactivity tools, everything looks so professional. Looking forward to creating more and having our platform ready to launch in full!

Cons

I have only one bug bear so far but am sure this is usual for designer tools, there is no 'undo delete' function - so if you make an error and inadvertently delete something, you cannot restore, but this is a minor detail.

really usefull is Pagetiger, This is more thatn a great user friendly program this has also become a great resource. Which allows us to to reach many different staff in our organisation. Delivers upto date live contentwhich is managed centrally.

Pros

Page Tigerss versatility and ease of use. Can reach multiple staff and the fact that we always have control over our brand of documents . So no confusion exists. The customer support is first class and our account manager is brilliant. Good value for money and this allows us to digitalise training and information skill cards to our staff for quick reference. Optimised with QR codes which has improved the accessability to training resources. Really great metrics can be learned to help in continous developemnt

Cons

Very little cons, just wish we could rotate images. apart from this. We have very little to complain about.

Page Tiger has significantly improved the way that we are able to design and provide information to our staff. The interactive elements help us to make interesting and engaging documents - for example, we have given our list of Health and Wellbeing Coaches a pop-up mini-profile to give staff more opportunity to find a Coach that matches their needs. This has been really effective, and we continue to find new ways to use the platform to engage, educate, and inform.

Pros

Page Tiger allows for much more engaging and interactive documents and easy sharing with our staff. The additional features are clever, and the flexibility and customisable options makes it really easy to create and edit documents. Any support has always been very quick and friendly, and has helped us to be more aware of the features to make use of them. We are looking forward to exploring the assessment and quiz functions in the near future, to enhance our current support offerings in our small team!

Cons

It would be really helpful to be able to arrange the images in the image library into folders to make it easier to find specific items. Other than that, there's nothing else I can think of! :)

I really like this software. I very quickly became familiar with the tools and functions that I needed to create professional looking materials which far exceed my usual technical abilities!

Pros

Instructional and informational materials look very professional and they can be created without a need for advanced technical skills. I found it very easy to add subtitles to uploaded videos, and I particularly liked being able to choose an avatar and generate short video clips. The materials are easy for readers to access from any internet‑connected device. If I can't work out how to do something the company has always provided individual advice.

Cons

I found this difficult to answer. Perhaps the notification function when someone has completed a mandatory section or quiz. It didn't work too well for me - perhaps I set it up incorrectly. I couldn't quite work out from the notification e-mail what had been completed. This is minor as it's something I would rarely use.

Brilliant product and very supportive team behind the scenes ensure as a client we are able to produce interactive documents quickly and proffessionally.

Pros

Customer service from the PageTiger team has been second to none from procurement to ongoing support when required. The platform allows for easy creation of interactive documents embedding both graphics and AI Avatr characters. Distribution using one ULR live link is a bonus when advertising content via a QR code. Teams and staff have loved the end results.

Cons

Page editing can sometimes be awkward if creating content from scratch, however with practice even this becomes easy to navigate.

I found \[sensitive content hidden\] to be very clear and practical in guiding me as to how to operate PageTiger and how to do so in the context of developing a project (with enquiry made as to the detail of my initial planned use of PageTiger) as opposed to purely focusing on functionality / operation. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very engaging and led with a clarity and pace that I could follow comfortably (with \[sensitive content hidden\] checking at intervals that the session was working well for me) whilst packing a lot of value-adding detail into our session. In addition to feeling that I was being guided well regarding how to use PageTiger, as the session progressed I very much felt that there was expanded opportunity beyond my original plans to use PageTiger to enhance my work as \[sensitive content hidden\] brought to life the advantages of having PageTiger’s resources at my disposal. I am now very keen to develop my PageTiger skills and to reap the results of integrating PageTiger into my way of working. The training session was much more than “how to operate” and very much “how to benefit through making PageTiger work to meet my specific business needs”. I could not suggest any improvement to be made to \[sensitive content hidden\] ’s confidence-inspiring expert technical and interpersonal delivery of this training session. It provided a secure, shared platform where we could host all of our content - trainings, recognition programs, event calendar, town halls, etc. We had a wonderful experience building the hub, \[sensitive content hidden\] was a phenomenal guide throughout the entire process and offered endless time and solutions. He truly made our experience seamless.

Pros

Features like progress tracking allowed us to take a deep dive into how teams were interacting with the content, helping us understand engagement across business units and make informed decisions on marketing and content creation for the platform.

Cons

Building the site from scratch could be tedious at times, building every element and interactivity was time consuming. I would recommend using a template to start.

I’ve been using PageTiger for the past three years to create interactive digital job aids. PageTiger is an excellent platform for both developers and non-developers due to its ease of use. It allows the creation of interactive, multimedia documents without coding or domain ownership. Through analytics, we track document usage, interactions, and engagement. Last year, our team alone had over 104,000 interactions with our job aids. The best part is that the PageTiger team is very receptive to our requests, and they communicate regularly to help us achieve our design goals.

### "Page Tiger is for everyone "

Love using this product and always keen to learn more about it. The helpline online is brilliant but I would love to see proper good quality YouTube or other videos which are up to date and useful. This area is lacking at the moment.Overall, Page Tiger is amazing, saves time, is easy to use and wish I had this years ago when everything took forever to create. Now I have the best of both worlds. Ideal

Pros

It's intuitive and as a qualified graphic designer and typographer, it is simple to use and provides great "shortcuts" which would have taken me ages if I only used a well-known alternative software. With my knowledge, I can make stuff fit how I want it to look, so although Page Tiger can be restrictive to some, for me, it is a great helping hand which saves hours of work I would have to do with a world-class design brand of software.

Cons

Could do with a facility to easily 'spin' images as with curved arrows on the corners, as opposed to making several guesses in the crop image to get the degree of rotation right.Would like more shapes like arrows, etc and which can be perfectly manipulated in size and proportion - I ended up working in Adobe Illustrator or even MS Word to get my shape how I wanted it then imported as a png before superimposing text over the top. I would also like to have an 'eyedropper' facility as in other graphic programmes to select exact matches. The work around I do is to get the image in MS Word or PowerPoint, create a shape, use eyedropper from an image on that page, drop it into the shape then look up the hexcode which I copy and paste into Page Tiger. It's a faff but it works. Be grate if Page Tiger had that feature though.Given the time I could think of a few more on my wish list but I cannot see a huge fault at all.

A comprehensive product that I can build to my own design and upload my own content when I need to. this program has allowed my business to improve our training capabilities and is great value for money. The support from the team has been invaluable.

Pros

I like that you don't have to be a software developer to essentially build your own platform. I like that this software is flexible and works with other functional programs such a e-sign documents and has allowed me to build our first online training platform. This software has made it easy to publish work online and create to the naked eye a website that not only looks smart but that we can edit as and when we need to without incurring any additional cost. The software is very easy to use and I can keep publications in one area making it easy to add more issues and also report back to my company on views and interactions. I like that I can track every user if I want to via their employee number which is essential to a training site. I like that there is options for template designs, meaning you don't have to be a designer to create a great looking platform and that the page team offer design help when you need it. I also like I can export reports to excel and that I can dive into the detail of clicks and interactions.

Cons

I think that the design elements are limited due to having to upload artwork, however this is easy for people not used to designing. I think that the reporting interface is complicated and it could be made simpler, however having said that I can now use the platform confidently after a few months.

Pros

What got my immediate attention was the capability to produce great looking documents that an audience can interact with, but what I like most is not the software itself, its the fantastic support services provided by the Page Tiger team. Their software is great, but their customer service is first class. Even if a competitor could bring a product to market with a few extra bells and whistles (which I don't think they will) unless they could beat the service I have received from the team I wouldn't be going anywhere else.

Cons

I am probably working at the edges of the software's capability, so anything I find I don't like about it, most customers probably haven't even discovered yet. Rather than "like least", It's more of a case of what I'd like more of. The guys at Page Tiger know what they are and they are usually pretty good at making them happen.

Increased engagement, easily editable brochures, time saved by including formstack.

Pros

It's intuitive, and there is fantastic support. If you're like me and are self-teaching how to use the software and can't find the answer to your query in the extensive library, you can contact support or your account manager and they will always help. It's easy to make things that look professional (especially using the layout library) and is also easy enough to use that you can even design using a blank template with very little experience. The ability to use the layout library and have your own theme created is extremely helpful, as is the extensive library of stock photos that you can purchase. Free training sessions and webinars are offered regularly, particularly when new elements are introduced.

Cons

Sometimes it's not very obvious where to find a certain feature, although this has improved since interactivity and design have been merged together (as descriptions have been added when you roll over). A few additional features (themes etc) require extra cost on top of the subscription fee - this isn't to say it's not worth paying extra for these, but it can be frustrating if you have a limited budget!

Simple to create proffesional looking materials with numerous templates which are frequently added to, but also you can create your own form scratch.

Cons

It has taken me some time to get comfortable with some of the more detailed design features which has resulted in projects taking a little longer than planned ( I do not have a design background so this was new technology to me)

Don't really dislike anything at the moment. When I get stuck or unsure on something, I can easily look at the help guide and pretty much find what I need from there. Would benefit with a little more training on the software

Easy, cost effective and has changed how we communicate.

Pros

I have used PT for years now and introduced it to my current organisation when I moved roles. It's a brilliant tool for anyone in any capacity. I personally use this for recruitment and marketing materials however it can be applied to anything. The ease of use and great customer service and training teams make it incredibly simple to get the hang of. Customer service is super quick and friendly.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike at the moment!

Love PageTiger. It has completely change the what we recruit and engage with candidates. It has also change the was we interact with existing staff. Worth every penny.

Simply turn on the 'tools' option, which sits in 'settings' under 'toolbar'. The help team have been so brilliant, in particular \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] so a massive thanks to them. Also a mention to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who managed to sort an issue I have had for a while in a matter of a day and always done with a polite and friendly manner. They are all an absolute credit to Pagetiger.

Pros

Really easy to use and the help team have been nothing short of outstanding. They are quick to respond and nothing is too much trouble.

Cons

I would like there to be more functionality with the surveys and be allowed to "mark" free text answers.

Regarding document upload, with our new resource manager tool (under the chest of drawers icon in the TigerDesigner interface) you can absolutely upload multiple documents/file types at one time. You can also track by employee ID, branch or depot number - take a look at the employee ID security rule under your 'settings' tab. have only been using it for approximatley 6 months, but find it easy to use. I am due to book my training ; after which I will be able to apply even more functionality.

Pros

Very easy to use - a 45 minute quick intro on how to use page tiger was enough for me to create our monthly Visiting Volunteer updates and quaterly bulletins. Very user friendly with "common sensical" approach to creating an effective campaign.

Cons

it would be great if there were able to copy and paste individual pages from another document.

Regarding your comment about copying pages from another document, we recently added the facility to create a page library (go to documents>page libraries) then add document(s) (manage>manage version) to a page library and then selecting that library when creating a document. Hoping that helps.
