Only just started really, lots to learn, but excited to use all the features and see what I can produce, feels like a very well thought out product

Pros

Fantastic for adding interactivity to produce a more engaging experience, lots of features can be utilised here

Cons

Doesn't seem to be an undo button - this seems vital! Also the design aspect can feel messy, especially coming from something like InDesign that feels natural, not being able to just start editing text with a click seems to slow things down, having separate boxes for headers and body copy seems unusual, the overall look and feel is starting to feel dated, could look more fresh and modern

Pros

The end product looks fantastic. Its easy to use and is versatile.

Cons

Not much - maybe some more layouts and a few tweaks.

We haven't published much yet but the feedback from those published has been great. The main benefit I see is the statistics functionality.

Pros

The ability to create interactive documents quickly without complicated programming. The ability to use editable templates as inspiration.

Cons

I haven't found much to dislike yet, it would be nice to use layers a bit more, I would like to be able to have a layer activated by a click or hover rather than using the more info boxes.

Pros

Interactivity is easy to use. Analytics are helpful.

Cons

Generally have to import a pdf created in Adobe InDesign as the design options are limited. Would be useful to have full create access to imported pdfs. Would be useful to have a the choice of an image hyperlink to attach to emails.

You can also send out your documents via TigerMailer too and this enables you to send your document as a text link, image or embed on your website. Its an excellent platform which helps move away from more stale ways of supporting and upskilling end users.

Pros

This product is a great solution for creating interactive content to connect with multiple stakeholders and audiences. Within the organisation I work in there are c7000 managers which this document will help support by utilising the interactivity functionality to supply; one stop learning, support materials, quick learning links and accessible activities.

Cons

The training was good however I did still find myself struggling with some of the design features for example turning a text window into an image window. Some of the features were not as intuitive as the others.

A breadth of features and functionality that allow you to create stunning publications - let your imagination go wild! Also, the customer support is amazing!

Cons

No visual undo button. This would be useful as there's no 'history' button like you see in Adobe tools.

Pros

ready made templates makes it easy to create something quickly and you dont need lots of design skills. lots of potential for how you could use it, in terms of internal and external resources

Cons

I would prefer more detailed user manuals outlining the whole process for setting up security rules, badges etc from start to finish, as the current system is just single pages. would rather pay a little more

Pros

Once you know how to work your way around the system, it's really great to use and the outcome looks really professional. The support and service I've received from the team has been exceptional.

Cons

Uploading pictures needs some work. The quality isn't as good as the original and some you have to convert to PDF, which can be a bit of a time-consuming project.

Pros

Provides the ability to produce very professional looking, interactive online documents. The uses of the software seem to be endless. The design and support teams are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons

If you are not trained in online publishing the finer technical aspects of the system are not always intuitive but that said, Page Tiger do offer training courses and the support team have always been extremely helpful whenever I've had a query.

I would like to say how helpful \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was in giving me advice and guidance on building a new document in Page Tiger. As a new user I was finding it very difficult to understand how to use it. I emailed \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and she instantly replied and offered a call to help. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] help has been hugely appreciated.

Cons

It was difficult to navigate the tool at first but with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] help I quickly managed to understand the system.

Better communication with employees and clients

Pros

The ability to track data and make engaging content for my employees. I like the ease of setting up templates and making changes.

Cons

The cost of additional features. The prices are fair having said that. Outside of that I can't really think of much. I am still new to the system, but love what I have done so far.

The customer service. Very helpful with any issues, log-ins and issues with publications. Chit to chat is easy to use and a quick way to answer any problems you may have.

Cons

It would be beneficial if you could edit your PDF in Page Tiger instead of uploading/downloading, just for ease of use.
