Pros: Ease of changing the Questions on the fly as well as the social media analysing tool which comes with the software

Cons: If this can be moved to the local cloud, as there are some concerns about POPI and GDPR and needs to be addressed.

Overall: Customer Satisfaction and reports out of the software help to analyse the trends of the customer journey.
