Pros As I work to setup our initial inventory the spreadsheets and uploads are generally easy to use and understand. Cons Some of the uploads don't go through and I don't always understand why. The pricing seems okay. Cons This software is seriously lacking features. For all those who wrote reviews saying they love the software, I want to know what industry they work in and how they use the app. It doesnt offer very basic features. You can't bulk edit, you literally need to upload an excel sheet if you want to change several products. There are no images for your products. How does it not support images? This is basic database stuff. And currently, you can only manufacture items from one location! Who's rating this software as great?! It makes our life easier, and it will be even easier to catch up with our growth plan. Pros We were long searching for inventory and production tool to move away from excel sheets and paper. When set up, it helps to track everything in real time, which helps to make faster decisions. Cons It takes quite an effort to set-up. The hardest part is not to set-up but to think through thoroughly all the system, naming materials and products, grouping them smartly so it would be set-up conveniently and it would be easy to manage as well as team members would be able to quickly learn and use the system instantly. Really wish we had this when we started our business. Cons Batch tracking for ingredients will be a huge improvement. Apparently it's coming Q1 2021, so that will be nice. Its definitely added value from day one with materials management, out of stocks, and building flexible bill of materials. I can see my costs with real time averages and finally take tangible benefit on my balance sheet for finding cost efficiencies month over month. Cons It struggles to integrate with Shopify as efficiently as we need and the features tend to be a bit oversold by the team. We have been able to track inventory more efficiently and link our shopify orders. Since we both manufacture products and buy products, this was a great place that we could track both in. By linking the orders, it automatically depletes stock as well so seamlessly. Cons Initially setting it up was a bit hard at times (as expected) since we were trying to quickly connect all of our channels and we accidentally zeroed out inventory or duplicated inventory more than once.
