classes are available to train agents including videos online & there are two ways to e-sign including Sabal

Pros

Access to immediate help by phone or chat with trained, patient staff and 2 ways to e-sign - Sabel being one

Cons

That it’s difficult to access & print what’s been signed from forms simplicity without downloading it

Horrible. Very slow, kicks you out all the time.

Pros

The worst system there is. I've been using it for 7 years since it's the cheapest sytem for my broker. Website I used to use before took half that time.

Cons

Literally nothing. Constant issues, it take FOREVER to send files to clients.

The I have most of the paperwork needed to do a transaction with my realty

Sometimes the signatures dont appear when I send them out and have to re-do it multiple times

Esign is a great tool. Adding participants/vendors is a great option.

Cons

Can’t fill files before creating an esign section. It previously worked. Last update took that much needed option away.

As a transaction management tool Form Simplicity is limited and regularly frustrating.

Pros

Provided by the state association of Realtors, and integrated with Flex. Paid for by the state association and provided to members as a benefit.

Cons

The user interface and core functionality are clumsy at best. While not quite a kludge, Form Simplicity isn't a whole lot better.

Overall it is a good system that allows for organization and ease of electronic signatures and more!

Pros

The electronic signatures and tracking down of them is a plus in any industry.

Cons

One minor glitch is that when we prepare a form we check some boxes and then send the forms for electronic signatures. The issue is that the receiver has the boxes in blanks despite the fact that they are checked in by the preparer.
