Pros The electronic signatures and tracking down of them is a plus in any industry. Cons One minor glitch is that when we prepare a form we check some boxes and then send the forms for electronic signatures. The issue is that the receiver has the boxes in blanks despite the fact that they are checked in by the preparer.
