Can’t fill files before creating an esign section. It previously worked. Last update took that much needed option away.

Easy to learn to use, videos and webinars were a great help. Still learning new options to use

Cons

I don't like the form number changing everything I change something, but I think I have figured out what I need to do to stop that.

Horrible. Very slow, kicks you out all the time.

Pros

The worst system there is. I've been using it for 7 years since it's the cheapest sytem for my broker. Website I used to use before took half that time.

Cons

Literally nothing. Constant issues, it take FOREVER to send files to clients.

Switched from

Overall it is a good system that allows for organization and ease of electronic signatures and more!

Pros

The electronic signatures and tracking down of them is a plus in any industry.

Cons

One minor glitch is that when we prepare a form we check some boxes and then send the forms for electronic signatures. The issue is that the receiver has the boxes in blanks despite the fact that they are checked in by the preparer.

Form Simplicity is very easy with which to work. The customer service is professional & friendly, & there is rarely any software "down" time. In fact, I can't even remember the last time!!

Pros

Form Simplicity is very easy to use. While I have the availability of other contract software programs at my office, I choose Form Simplicity.....easy-peasey to operate.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about Simplicity. Probably the only thing that is annoying is the upgrades. They are usually good, however, it means I have to stop & re-learn a small process change. Just by basic impatient nature when it comes to technology!!

Overall experience has been well. Slightly enjoyed the older version a little better but if they were to fix the issue I noted above, I'm sure I would enjoy the 2.0 version just as much.

Pros

The system is very user friendly. Easy to navigate and keep track of all documents and client information.

Cons

The only dislike I have about Form Simplicity is the new update they installed. When it comes to assigning a signature icon on a document, I can't tell where the signature will end up once the client clicks to sign. I'll put a signature prompt on a line but then the signature ends up being anywhere from half an inch to inch above where I placed the signature box. Make's it inconvenient at times.

As a transaction management tool Form Simplicity is limited and regularly frustrating.

Pros

Provided by the state association of Realtors, and integrated with Flex. Paid for by the state association and provided to members as a benefit.

Cons

The user interface and core functionality are clumsy at best. While not quite a kludge, Form Simplicity isn't a whole lot better.

Organization of transactions. The organization overall is pretty good.

Cons

This program is so glitchy. It’s about 50/50 if it will work correctly. It does not work well with a Mac. Uploading documents or going to documents library takes forever and I usually have to reboot.

Form Simplicity is very east to use! Either the older version or the newer version make it simple for end users to navigate the system. Ease of use makes this a great application.

Cons

I found that sometimes it got jammed up, and I had to resort to using a different program to get things done in a timely manner. I believe the "bugs" were worked out.
