Pros I like being able to attach photo with the violations, keeping track of the violations, and the reminders. I love having a paper trail that include certified letters and signatures when reviewing disputes with owners and the Board. This saves everybody in our organization time when it comes down to compliance letters and architectural applications. It is very simply to set up and start using. The letters can be customized to each client if they desire. The letters and notices are sent out via email. There is also the option to mail them which is the default before they implemented email. The software is continuously updating and making improvements. Cons The one area where they could improve is to start sending text message notifications for violations and architectural applications. The old way was fine and not confusing. Pros I can appreciate how Smartwebs creates the letters Cons The fact that there were a lot of hiccups when the company first stated using Smartwebs. Pros This product has proven to be extremely important for documentation of requests and violations. The product is fairly easy to use and the mobile site is nice to have. Pros The features that seem most impactful for me is the ability for several users to access it to process a task as well as the reporting. I'm still learning more about this program, but these features make my job much easier. The integration is a process, but I believe it's worth it in the longrun. Pros I like the tracking and options of violations available and able to customize it. Cons Escalating a violation does not note the date of second review - I have to manually change the date or it looks like both the first and second date are the same. Cons sometimes the smallest things change in the process and when it doesnt work and we contact support, they probably know how to fix it (most of the time) but if they didnt know what it was before, and why its not working the way we have done it always, then there is a communication barrier because we are not coming from the same place because you do not know what to fix. and sometimes a language barrier makes it a little harder. Pros I truly enjoy how accessible this software is in any one of our wants and needs in accessing our community. Cons I guess I would say how small the note sections are and how the date is automatically applied when placing a hold until it is fully sent through, if I am one day off I won't know until after. It has made both tasks less tedious. Pros This has streamlined the process of processing ARC requests from homeowners. Board members have also commented how easy it is to process homeowner request to make changes to their property. Cons My only request would be to set it up so that with each board members vote on an ARC request, it is emailed to me so that I don't have to login everyday to see when all the votes are in to approve the request. There are far too many glitches in the program to garner higher ratings. Cons The end users must put in a lot of work to maintain the properties. The standard letters needed very little updating which was a pleasant surprise. Pros Smartwebs keeps track of all the compliance violations history. I don't have to store photos on my computer and everything is organized by address. August 4, 2022 5.0 My overall experience has been good! It's easy to use, the support is quick to respond and knowledgeable. It's been a good experience over all using this software. Pros This software is user friendly, easy to use and understand, and usually quick to respond when jumping from one thing to the next! Cons The con of this software is in the ACR software - I do not like editing a letter multiple times. It would be nice if when you edit the letter it would save, like in Violations it does. Pros The different capabilities it has and being able to work out in the field, on-site at a property. Cons We need a lot more items to be specifically worded in our violation letters that are too vague currently. The visual appearance of the website is great. Pros The product is easy to use. It makes issuing violation letters and processing ARC applications much easier and streamlined.
