It is helpful that you are able to edit the letter to be specific to what you need. How to navigate was learned pretty quickly and it's very straight-forward. Pros The software is user friendly. With minimal training we were able to quickly implement the system into our daily work and streamline some time consuming processes. August 10, 2022 5.0 I use it to organize all projects for a high profile community of homes and it is so easy to customize how I want it organized. Extremely easy program to use and if I need help, their I.T. people are very accommodating. Pros It is set up to auto fill custom letters and can be emailed to the appropriate people directly from the program. Cons My only complaint was that the uploaded documents could only be 12MB or less, but that feature is in the works and is supposed to go up to 90MB in the very near future Review Source PG Pam G. Because of how well it has been used, we have decided to add the ACC modules to automate our processing of these applications. Pros Ease of use from capturing violation information, to providing letters to homeowners, information for the Board to levy fines, to the fining committee for homeowner appeals, to the collection of funds. Cons Sometimes was difficult for newcomers to locate where to update violation information and note the associated rules. " August 9, 2022 5.0 Having the ACCs decision out in a timely matter. Keeping the homeowners happy, having all there documents in one place. easy to down load a letter or the whole ACC request. Pros Integrations with connect was quick and easy, I love the lay out and the way it functions, easy to send out decisions to the homeowners and read the form for notes from the committee. Cons One thing I might like is if the decisions from the committee would trigger a color so I know that the decision has been made and don't have to click through each request.
