This system is great for assisting and tracking modification requests from homeowners. The review committees love that all requests are in one location.

Cons

There are some associations that have different parameters and making individual community notes are note the easiest.

I have always like smartwebs and have preferred to use it. Only draw back is it worked better with areas where there is good internet access. If you are in area where service is not the best it will not work well.

Pros

Smartwebs is easy to use and the adds the picture to the letter. Picture quality is good and it helps to show the specific issue.

Cons

The reports needed were sometimes difficult to pull and show information you wanted.

Smartwebs helps me be efficient with my time, and the user interface is intuitive. Anything that saves time and is easy to use is well worth using.

Pros

How quickly and easily I can process violations while in the communities. It is a huge time saver over other products I have used.

Cons

It does rely on Google for the location of homes, so it can be challenging to locate homes in developing communities (under construction).

I wish there was an easier way to personalize the letter templates, but that is probably more than likely user error...

I am able to issue compliance letters from the field or queue them to issue at a later time after they are edited at my desk. I like the feature that allows a picture to be included in the letter.

Cons

I have to shut off my wifi when using the app. This causes me to use up the data allowance on my phone.

Pros

Using the smartwebs compliance feature makes my property inspections so much more streamlined. With the click of a few buttons, I have a compliance letter in queue in seconds.

Cons

The only thing I dont like is if you do not process the queued letters within 24 hours they do not get processed.

If I could find a competitor that was half ass competent we would change in a heartbeat. Goal is to find a reasonable alternative this year.

Pros

getting better as they improve the updates. doesn't crash as much as it used to. for a while we were able to log into associtiations in other states and make updates. reported this to the vendor , they never acknowledged receipt of the problem and didn't fix for several months.

Cons

extremely poor customer response. difficult getting replies to problems.
