It saves a lot of time for busy entrepreneur like me.

Pros

User Friendly quick and easy to use. It save a lot of time of the busy entrepreneurs. Signing is easy. No need to print the document separately for signing.

Cons

From my point of view it should have more legal documents relevant for different categories of business.

Pros

The site very useful for getting business or legal documents ready in minutes, The best part is the document signing part Loved it.

Cons

The site does not have any such cons particularly or I have not seen till date. I hope they would include more document templates in future to make a really very useful for any sort of business.

It saves time to meet the lawyer and other parties involved in the agreement. It makes negotiation a lot easier and quicker as there is no need to send an email back and forth. Price is almost zero in compare to expensive lawyer fee.

Pros

There are good collections of the Legal document, especially for startups. Price is really really cheap and the process is very quick. It really saves lot of time and money.

Cons

They don't have enough document needed, and most of the documents are targetted for Europe. I hope in future they will upgrade more.
