Pros: This system keeps vendors and supplier files in the system for us and it tracks the forms making sure things are compliant and up to date.
Cons: Wish it could store confidential documents, with a secured storage system. Such as MSA's/ Terms and Conditions, or any other document we might have with the vendor/supplier.
Overall: The benefit of having this software is to house all forms and make sure they meet our requirements.
