Como dije al principio, mi calificación es muy positiva para la herramienta, pero sí hay detalles que he observado que podría mejorar para ser una rock star!!

Pros

Soy usuaria de desde hace 4 meses y, en general, tengo una opinión positiva de la herramienta por puntos como los siguientes: -Su capacidad para detectar menciones en audio, que es un gran plus y aporta mucho al seguimiento de la conversación en TikTok y Youtube. -Su plataforma es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar en cuanto a los tópicos, lo que permite una navegación rápida. -La programación de los tópicos con la IA también es de gran ayuda y muy valioso para mí y mi equipo.

Cons

Creo algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar la experiencia del usuario son: -Las alertas de mensajería (WhatsApp) que llegan de TikTok y Youtube no permiten identificar con rapidez la keyword o tema capturado porque te remite al inicio del video, no al momento de la mención exacta. -La cobertura de LinkedIn es muy acotada y te deja en default frente a competidores al ser una red que está creciendo mucho y es de suma importancia para los clientes. -El tiempo de recopilación de menciones en Facebook podría ser más ágil, ya que a veces las publicaciones demoran un poco en aparecer dentro del tópico. -La navegación en el tablero no es tan intuitiva como en el tópico y llegar a tener una experiencia que no sea de usuario estándar exige un nivel de capacitación mayor que no sé si se cubre con un servicio de atención al cliente más cercano o con una capa mejorada en suservicialidad. -Sería ideal hacer un poco más ágil el proceso para agregar menciones manuales. El Excel está bien y cumple su función, pero se vuelve algo trabajoso por la cantidad de datos que se deben completar. Simplificar algunos campos o contar con una opción más directa ayudaría bastante a optimizar tiempos.

En general ex una herramienta muy eficiente y sobre todo se obtiene respuesta inmediata de parte del equipo de soporte, siempre atentos y dispuestos con la mejor actitud para ayudarnos.

Pros

es una herramienta muy útil, calidad en las gráficas de resultados, la implementación de nuevos tópicos es muy fácil.

Cons

La capacidad limitada para crear nuevos tópicos ya que si se aumenta más etiquetas dentro de un mismo tópico también su capacidad sobre pasa dependiendo la marca a seguir.

A user-friendly, comprehensive tool with access to many sources, although with limitations in number of queries and search tool.

Pros

offers more information sources that are not available in other tools, like TikTok content and the ability of integrating Google Maps reviews, among others. It is a very user-friendly platform. The fact that mention volume increases do not affect the project quotas is also a strenght. Customer Support has been very helpful and has addressed our questions and needs promptly.

Cons

The number of queries (in all plans) is very limited, which implies combining several projects into one query. This is not ideal for a medium or large operation, at least for agencies. Most other tools are not as restrictive on this matter, or don't have any limits. The "Search" tool (outside the Topics) provides very limited information since the sample is so small. Therefore it's useful only for very large volumes or for the mentions number. It is not competitive vs other platforms like Talkwalker.

Facilidad de uso desde que arrancas a usar la plataforma. Si no tenés experiencia utilizando este tipo de plataformas, vas a tener que leer sus tutoriales para armar tu tablero, pero no es nada complicado.

Cons

Un poco complicado la forma de activar/desactivar alertas, tal vez tiene muchas vueltas a mi gusto para desactivar y volver a activar otra alerta en otro tablero.

is an excellent tool for tracking brand mentions across social media and various platforms. I really appreciate how you can connect all relevant sources and monitor comments in one place. The automated sentiment and aspect tagging is a huge time-saver and gives a solid overview of brand health without manual effort. It's especially helpful when analyzing how product or policy changes (like updates to the Prius) impact customer perception. The ability to set up custom rules and tags is powerful – I use it for tracking specific campaigns or product updates. The dashboards are customizable, and the comparison features allow for a clear side-by-side analysis. Integration options are another big plus. We’ve connected YouScan with Slack, Telegram, and Freshdesk, among others. It’s great to control notification rules – daily summaries or alerts for high-risk mentions help us act fast when something important appears. Customer support is outstanding – super fast replies, escalation when needed, and they are genuinely open to feedback. There’s also an extensive knowledge base with examples and tutorials. Our account manager has been fantastic: they’ve walked us through the platform multiple times and ensured we felt confident using all features.

Cons

There is nothing particular to dislike, there are few things I'd like to see improved. There are some minor issues with the sentiment analysis – occasionally it misinterprets comments sentiment and requires manual adjustments where automation doesn’t get it right. Happens rarely, but it happens Dashboard data sometimes isn’t refreshed properly; I have to reload the page to see updated numbers, which is a bit inconvenient. Lastly, I would really love to see a native response feature. Right now, is amazing for monitoring, but it would be even better if we could reply directly to mentions from within the platform

is user-friendly, comprehensive, and has become an integral part of my day to day reporting. I really enjoy the cross-channel conversation breakdowns and sentiment functionality.

Cons

Our team could use additional filtering options on the Topics page. With a high volume of Topics, additional tags could help sort through topics quicker and allow teams to filter for their own projects.

A ferramenta é a única do mercado, pelo menos no Brasil, que traz uma uma visão de social listening de TikTok. Além disso, o volume de dados coletados, devido a leitura por audio e imagem, além das palavras-chave, é muito superior. A maneira como apresentam dados coletados e o Coppilot, também fazem a diferença para chegarmos mais rapidamente aos insights. Agora eu sinto que tenho, de verdade, uma leitura mais real da internet. Eu também não poderia deixar eu mencionar o excelente atendimento da Customer Success Manager, \[conteúdo sensível escondido\], é entende da ferramenta como ninguém e traz soluções para todos meus desafios com os clientes.

Pros

A visão de social listening de TikTok, o volume de dados coletados, devido a leitura por audio e imagem, além das palavras-chave. A maneira como apresentam dados coletados e o Coppilot, também fazem a diferença para chegarmos mais rapidamente aos insights.
