He utilizado la herramienta para varios estudios de mercado y escucha social en América Latina, y ha sido clave para identificar tendencias de consumo, analizar la percepción de marcas y evaluar campañas en tiempo real. Su combinación de análisis textual y visual lo convierte en un software muy completo.

Pros

Permite identificar no solo menciones y tendencias, sino también emociones, sentimientos y características visuales en imágenes compartidas. La posibilidad de crear queries avanzadas con operadores booleanos y segmentar por país, idioma, sentimiento o incluso por imagen es muy útil para investigaciones complejas. Además, su interfaz es intuitiva y visualmente amigable. La tención postventa es maravillosa, Isa, nuestra gerente de éxito, nos ha acompañado todo el tiempo.

Cons

Lo que menos me gusta es la limitante en los colores, sería ideal contar con mayor personalización en los dashboards.

It helped our organization tracking conversation from a diverse sources including meta and TikTok, which we were not capable to do using other platforms.

Cons

Platform has a steep learning curve if you aren't in it every day. Need to be very strong at Boolean to set up topics.

So far, I've really enjoyed using in my reporting. It's fast and easy to use and gives me a much more comprehensive look at organic conversation and UGC, which helps me create smarter and more insightful reports on social media performance.

Pros

's interface is super easy to understand and use. The platform's clean graphs and charts make it easy to implement into reporting. I love the variety of options to filter down and narrow the conversation; it makes it much easier to understand how users are organically engaging with a topic and how they feel.

Cons

I wish the Search tool had a few more features. Sometimes I need a bit more data, but I don't want to create a whole new topic. The query building system is also a little complicated and challenging to comprehend, but that's primarily due to the variety of options and capabilities compared to previous tools.

service is very helpful in our field of work, where we need to monitor social media and news for certain signals and narratives, determine sentiments and track top influencers in each area.

Pros

In they collect a great social media and news dataset, then it is combined with a comprehensive and flexible system of queries, filters and analytics. It allowed us to identify not only mentions or publications about a brand or public figure, but also perform deep trend analysis, auditory segmentation, trace origins of various narratives, etc.

Cons

You have to pay for the volume of search results ;) With such a powerful tool you start to have ideas on what else you want to monitor/search for in various areas and topics. Pricing looks reasonable, though.

So far, the experience has been very satisfactory, especially when I need support from the Brazilian team, which is always very receptive, fast and has in-depth knowledge of the tool.

Pros

I am very impressed with the tool's ability to delve deeper into the topics and subjects we need to analyze. In addition to being very easy to use, it is intuitive and allows for insights into the subject that I normally could not obtain with other tools.

Cons

I would like some extra modules to come with the basic subscription to get a better cost-benefit. One example is the co-pilot, which brings modernity and is now an indispensable tool for completing analyses.

Me pasa que al actualizar las querys en muchas ocasiones no replican los cambios que hice en el tópico, Debo crear nuevamente el tópico con el query actualizado.

De momento ninguna, quizás automatizar un poco más el poder activar las demos y contratar complementos.

La experiencia ha sido bastante buena y nos ha ayudado a extraer insights valiosos para distintos proyectos y la atención de \[contenido sensible oculto\] es un 10/10, lo único malo es que a la herramienta le falta optimizar algunos aspectos.

Pros

Mi aspecto favorito de la experiencia con es la atención personalizada que brinda \[contenido sensible oculto\], siempre disponible para ayudarnos en cualquier proyecto y para ayudarnos con cualquier duda. En cuanto a la herramienta en sí, creo que tiene aspectos bastante interesantes, como la sección de Dashboards, que permite estar al día de las tendencias, y también la IA de Insights Copilot dentro de la sección de Tópicos, que facilita mucho la extracción de insights valiosos, aportando incluso ejemplos de estos insights.

Cons

Insights Copilot a veces es poco preciso y, aunque normalmente ayuda a resolver muchas situaciones, a veces da respuestas que no concuerdan con lo que se le pide. También me falla la cantidad de ruido que encontramos en las búsquedas, aunque aplicando los filtros adecuados puede reducirse, a veces continúan colándose publicaciones que no tienen nada que ver con el tema.

Cons

El costo de los paquetes para mercados pequeños o agencias emergentes. Lo básico y limitado de los dashboards como herramienta de reporting y la recolección manual de data hostórica.

1\. No Twitter firehose. Searching for historic data older than 30 days might cost extra. However, once the query is set up you get 100% of the conversation.2. 's architecture takes a little adjustment, but once you get it it's easy from there.3. Support is based in Europe, so American clients have a few blackout hours a day. Other than that support is very knowledgeable and fast.

La función que ha nosotros como empresa nos funciona muy util es la creación de reporte automatizados. Al tener la facilidad de filtrar los datos que deseas para tus reportes, hace que el trabajo sea más sencillo. Tienes la posibilidad de crear los reportes con gráficas que vayan acorde a tus necesidades como empresa, así como también puedes editarlas en cualquier momento, en caso de que exista un cambio o actualización dentro de la misma. Otra función util para nuestra empresa es el poder monitorizar la satisfacción del cliente de manera más facil, así como el seguimiento de reseñas o comentarios negativos en diferentes redes sociales. La plataforma de es demasiado amigable para nuevos usuarios, ademas de que el soporte técnico te acompaña en el proceso de aprendizaje.

Cons

No considero esto como algo que menos me gusta, pero creo que como nuevo usuario podrias llegar a tener problemas en la parte de gráficas o edición de widgets. Podria llegar a ser un poco confuso, pero como comente anteriormente siempre tienes el soporte del equipo de en cualquier momento.

Daily monitoring helps us understand which messages have the potential to be spread, who are the main authors and what influence do they have. All these (and not only these) things help different political institutions work more promptly in their daily communication, respond in a timely manner to the fakes and build more adequate communication strategy, be more flexible and modern. All data become the ground for decisions.

Pros

We really admired by the work with this software and all the team who creates and develops this product. We use for specific socio-political purposes that is why the most important things are the possibility identify trends, possibility to work with the big data. These our requests are satisfied with the product more over very client oriented position of the support team allows to solve all questions as prompt as it possible.

Cons

I can\`t say that we really suffer from absence some things that we need but it will be great to have the opportunity to work with even more complex reports. When we can download data with the author identification and full information about him. Now we can do that but in two different files - author report and general analytics. One more important thing - correct identification of the connotation. We really need it very much but now it is incorrect.

Manually sifting through feedback was not just time-consuming, but it often led to the discovery of already escalated discussions or situations that could have been readily averted had we been able to react more promptly. Yuscan became our ally in this, illuminating even the hidden corners of forums where feedback was left. It has also allowed us to spot untagged posts on social media where our company's name was simply mentioned.Also we use Yuscan alert system, any mention of key words or phrases triggers an immediate alert, which keeps me constantly informed and primed for action. With this tool, our awareness is heightened, enabling us to respond swiftly to potential crises or opportunities.Yuscan is not only invaluable for tracking customer feedback but it also offers allowing us to monitor our competitors. This has opened a window into understanding their communication topics and the channels they utilize, giving us deeper insights into our market landscape.I also liked their customer service. Their prompt, detailed, and amicable responses to my queries have shown me their profound understanding of their service, their passion for what they do, and their sincere value for their customers.

It takes time and desire to learn how to work with the system. We spent a lot of time to choose the right keywords for our queries. But the customer support service is very helpful in this.

We use to monitor our brand mentions and our main competitors. The product is easy to use and has a lot of useful features, so I enjoy working with it. But even more, I enjoy working with the YouScan team - everyone from sales to support does their best to help me solve my tasks and provide me with top-notch service.

Pros

covers a wide range of online media, including social networks, blogs and channels, so we get mentions in all languages and from every country where our business has a presence. The data is all shown in a way that makes it easy to follow and use. Also we can customize dashboards and create reports.Recently, we started using a new feature - Insights Copilot Assistant - and it amazes us every time as we get very smart answers to most of our questions instantly.

Cons

I've had no problems using this product at this point, so I'm happy with this choice

We appreciate this collaboration because meets all of our monitoring needs and the YouScan team offers superb assistance at all levels and plenty of educational content (including articles, webinars, and certification).

Pros

With , we can easily identify and track influencers, identify customer needs and market trends, keep an eye on metrics, and even occasionally find new leads, although that is not the primary use of the tool. We appreciate the tool's comprehensive monitoring capabilities, the organization of the data, and the ease with which we can create dashboards and reports. The AI assistant that analyzes the data set and responds to our queries is another excellent feature.

Cons

We're pretty happy with this choice, so I have nothing to add here.

When working with our clients, we try to learn as much as we can about their business and the profiles of people who might benefit from their products or services so that we can develop the most effective strategy for their business and target the right audience. The data that gives us, including audience analysis, key customer pain points, and overall brand reputation, really helps us with this.The data is easy to work with because the system provides a variety of tools for cleaning and customizing large data sets, creating dashboards, and downloading reports. We also like to ask the recently added AI assistant, Insight Copilot, various questions, and its answers are always right on target.

Cons

The data we receive is very helpful, but it also has some limitations in terms of audience due to privacy laws and social media platform restrictions. We have to accept that

Pros

The tool provides powerful analytical capabilities that we use on a regular basis. For example, trends allow us to track if there are any emerging discussions that can potentially harm our brand. We can also easily work with data thanks to filters, as they categorize mentions by complaints, recommendations, comparisons, etc. The platform also has analytical dashboards that we can customize how we need and share with our c-level management.

Cons

There was a problem with the speed of history data collection, but recently the team significantly improved it.
