I like the software most because it is helping me save a lot of time as the system navigates through different tabs. As soon as we update any new authorizations it would guide us with the next steps.

Pros

Go to tool for any organization as it has almost every module where the HR team requires. Starting from Onboarding to Performance Management and Leave tracking

Cons

No dislikes as of now as I feel comfortable working on the tool. It is saving me a lot of time to focus on other things

I have a good experience with OnBlick with the kind of support we get from the team is very good. They are just a call away to help us with any sort of queries we had within the software

Pros

OnBlick helps us with the timely alerts with regards to the document expiry for work authorizations and ID proofs.

Cons

I don't have much dislikes about OnBlick as it is helping us with many options at one place where we can complete the onboarding and offboarding.

I have a very good experience with OnBlick so far as the system is designed in a way where we don't have to worry about the compliance aspects as system alerts us everytime when there is any need of action

Pros

I like the User-Friendly navigation in OnBlick. It helps us onboard the candidates with a basic information and helps us to collect the documents from ESS

Cons

I don't thing I have any dislikes. System is helping me with the day to day activities with minimum efforts.

I like the overall experience with OnBlick because of it's user-friendly nature. Also, the alerts system is helping me with the tasks the I need to prioritize.

Pros

I like most about the software is the user-friendly UI. The navigation of the tool is very easy and we can work on the tool with minimum training.

Cons

I don't have anything to like least about the software as it is helping with my requirements. I like the software.

I am happy using the software as it eases my work in terms of maintaining the compliance requirements. They help us updating the latest news in terms of I9's, Everify changes everything.

Pros

OnBlick is helping us multiple ways starting from Onboarding, completing the I9's, Allowing Timesheet submission and approvals. It helps us through onboarding and offboarding process.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes about the software as it is all in one tool. We will receive all the support from the team whenever it is required.

Onblick has the best features I9, PAF, I983 with great navigation and helps the HR activities to have a record of day to day activities. The best part is their new eSignRight portal which helps to get the electronic signature done by anyone along with the audit trail. Very easy to use and Highly Recommended

Pros

Onblick Timesheet management makes easy for consultants to record their working hours and send for the review and approval from the supervisor or the HR, This Tool reduces the manual effort and provides the detailed information along with the Project. We also use performance evaluation to guide the consultants for the improvements and professional growth

Cons

As of now we didn't find any issues using this software. The supoort team and the product team are best to provide the support when it is required and full fill the needs

I like working on OnBlick as it is very easy to navigate through the pages for completing the end to end onboarding process. Also, the I9 management is very good.

Pros

OnBlick is very user-friendly software to be compliant with the USCIS regulations. We can complete the I9's very easily using the electronic forms with the remote verification and alternative procedure. Which is helping us in saving a lot of time.

Cons

I don't have anything to dislike about OnBlick as it is very user friendly. Also, it helps us with the timely alerts.

I am very happy using the software as we can track all the work authorization related expiry's. Make sure the timesheets are being submitted on time with the timely alerts. Over All it is a one stop solution.

Pros

OnBlick Software is very helpful in completing the I9's digitally along with the alternative procedure option. Which is helping us saving a lot of time. Also, it helps us with the Timesheets management and reports.

Cons

It is a very good tool. I don't have any dislikes about the software for now. As it is solving the problems that we have.

I love working on the OnBlick portal as it is user friendly and easy to navigate from one module to another module helping us keep the records audit ready.

Pros

I would say that OnBlick is helping us with onboarding and off boarding the employees. It is helping us from collecting the documents and initiating the offer letters and completing the I9's on time as per the USCIS guidelines is awesome

Cons

I don't have anything to dislike about the software as it is helping us in every possible way that collecting of documents, completing the I9's and updating the work authorizations.

It is obviously a good experience so far, as I have almost acheived what I wanted from the system, be it I9 initiation and all.

Pros

OnBlick is helping us with the Timesheet management with the ESS access. It saves us a lot of time in approving the timesheets from the employees without going back and forth with email conversations.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes as it is solving my problems on time. Also, the team is very helpful interms of support. All good for now
