Onblick is one of the best and smoothest HR applications that I have experienced. It has many features which are perfectly overview in the dashboard of the application itself.

Good for beginners as well, very easy to use and better understanding and good customer support.
A very good feature of this product is that it is compliant with the rules and the ease with which all the details of an employee can be retrieved.
Cons
Currently there are no dislikes as everything seems to be perfect for us.
System updates and slows me down i guess it is a necessary evil.
Not having delete button in case you make any error.
In a month less than 2 times i face glitches while operating the software. Those 2 times also makes me helpless.

Cons: Not as such that can be pointed out. Its Industry Problem Solver.
"Good software with multiple features for the HR activites"
Overall: I love the product as it has a lot of features where the HR can keep a track on each profile irrespective of any work authorization. I-9 completion is one of the easiest and good module we can rely up on.
Pros: OnBlick keeps on providing the alerts if we miss to update any documents, which will help us keeping a track on what should be completed on time. The reporting option is too good in the software, where we can have the detailed report of every profile
Cons: Not much dislikes as we can track all the activities performed by the individuals along with the Timestamp.

Overall: Gave many ideas to OnBlick team to ensure they get up to speed with features, since we had exposure working with other systems like Bamboo HR, Ultipro, Docusign etc. Therefore, there is more work to be done to get this application upto speed for full HR Management use.
Pros: Work Authorization mgmt system is done well.
Cons: All other HR management features need to be revamped to make it robust, capture accurate information and be user friendly.
"Best Up to Date Compliance Software"
Overall: HR manager's home is OnBlick. It gives all in one package of all the HR activities. Good to use, easy to grasp. We are happy to use OnBlick.
Pros: I like all the features in OnBlick. It makes connecting with employees easier. The built-in modules, especially Workforce and I9, are convenient for storing and reviewing data. The system is also flexible and easy to use.
Cons: No issues while using the software as of now
