Also, the I9 management is very good. Pros OnBlick is very user-friendly software to be compliant with the USCIS regulations. We can complete the I9's very easily using the electronic forms with the remote verification and alternative procedure. Which is helping us in saving a lot of time. It is very easy to customize the templates and generate the PAF's. Timesheets is very helpful for us to generate the reports for individual employees. Pros Timesheets and PAF modules are the best so far in OnBlick. As we can generate the PAF's with a single click once we customize the templates. Pros OnBlick is helping us with the Timesheet management with the ESS access. It saves us a lot of time in approving the timesheets from the employees without going back and forth with email conversations. Cons I don't have any dislikes as it is solving my problems on time. Pros OnBlick makes it easy to generate invoices and send them to vendors effortlessly. I also appreciate its I-9 features. We recently conducted an I-9 audit, which helped us stay compliant.
