It took a huge amount of coordination to migrate all our information from our very dated old site over to the SharpLaunch platform. They were very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Pros SharpLaunch gave our "properties" tab a far more aesthetically pleasing, functional, efficient and streamlined look. Like many other commercial realtors, our site used to just be a grid of property thumbnails. Now we have a map and a ton more navigation features that vastly increase the browsing experience of prospective buyers. Cons The truth is that it's a little pricey because you have to pay a monthly subscription fee based on the number of listings your firm has. Our firm has a lot, but we're not a large corporate operation so it was a fairly large expenditure for us. That said, they were very amenable to putting together a package that worked for us and we get a lot for what we're paying - including continuing IT support, which is important for a firm with a lot of technically inept staff. It has been worth the investment for us. Reasons for choosing SharpLaunch Better all around offerings. Lots of extra features and continuing IT support. Having Sharplaunch pages for all of our properties made marketing them on social media better and also gave us so much more than just a flyer to email potential tenants. I really don't see us moving forward as brokers and property managers without the use of Sharplaunch. Pros I love that Sharplaunch has enabled us to show the value of our properties in both large and small markets using clean, modern layouts. Whether it be demos, photography or location, we can customize each property to beautifully and easily showcase the site to our clients. Cons Our company has two entities, so my ONLY issue with Sharplaunch has been if I needed to list a property under the secondary entity. I am not able to select the branding myself. The simple fix however, is that I reach out to my Sharplaunch rep and he gets me set up usually within a day, so it's really not a huge problem.
