Pros It is a super flexible solution for all company sizes. The team is always available and willing to understand the particular needs of each project. They develop personalized plans, and are flexible enough to help you grow or reduce size according to your portfolio needs. Cons It might seem that all project websites look similar. Pros SharpLaunch helped us to offer our users an experience that was uniquely our own, but with the seamless functionality of a cutting edge marketing software. Cons On-boarding properties can be a cumbersome task, but once the properties are live the system begins to work as intended. The on-boarding team actually made this task pretty painless in retrospect. Switched from [CoStar Real Estate Manager](https://www.capterra.com/p/135049/CoStar-Real-Estate-Manager/) Almost (if not all) of the competition leverages the client’s portfolio for their own benefit. Pros We like how responsive and dedicated the team is to answering our questions and helping us update/inform us about things coming to the platform. Cons What we like least about Sharplaunch is how it displays images and videos. However, they are working on improving this! Marketing Manager Commercial Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great product, very satisfied" November 16, 2021 5.0 Their customer service has been excellent. It took a huge amount of coordination to migrate all our information from our very dated old site over to the SharpLaunch platform. They were very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Pros SharpLaunch gave our "properties" tab a far more aesthetically pleasing, functional, efficient and streamlined look. Like many other commercial realtors, our site used to just be a grid of property thumbnails. Now we have a map and a ton more navigation features that vastly increase the browsing experience of prospective buyers. Cons The truth is that it's a little pricey because you have to pay a monthly subscription fee based on the number of listings your firm has. Our firm has a lot, but we're not a large corporate operation so it was a fairly large expenditure for us. That said, they were very amenable to putting together a package that worked for us and we get a lot for what we're paying - including continuing IT support, which is important for a firm with a lot of technically inept staff. It has been worth the investment for us. Reason for choosing SharpLaunch Better all around offerings. Lots of extra features and continuing IT support. Review Source HW Hannah W. Marketing Manager Commercial Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Engaging property sites that can be customized to market properties large and small" September 9, 2021 5.0 We got set up with Sharplaunch at the beginning of 2020 and when Covid hit, we found that we were in a great place to showcase our properties without anyone having to travel. Having Sharplaunch pages for all of our properties made marketing them on social media better and also gave us so much more than just a flyer to email potential tenants. I really don't see us moving forward as brokers and property managers without the use of Sharplaunch. Pros I love that Sharplaunch has enabled us to show the value of our properties in both large and small markets using clean, modern layouts. Whether it be demos, photography or location, we can customize each property to beautifully and easily showcase the site to our clients. Cons Our company has two entities, so my ONLY issue with Sharplaunch has been if I needed to list a property under the secondary entity. I am not able to select the branding myself. The simple fix however, is that I reach out to my Sharplaunch rep and he gets me set up usually within a day, so it's really not a huge problem. Review Source FN Faye N. Cons The mapping tool should automatically map retailers, amenities, etc in the trade area and the demographics should autofill.
