Our fundraiser auction ended over a month ago, and I am still waiting to receive the $150 in donations that were raised. I have contacted customer support multiple times during that period and have received little to no meaningful communication or resolution. While the amount is relatively small, these were donated funds intended for our cause, so the principle is what matters. Organisations using a fundraising platform should be able to trust that money raised will be transferred promptly and that support will respond when problems arise. I hope 32Auctions resolves this issue, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend the platform until it improves its payment process and customer service. This version is firm, sticks to the facts, and avoids making claims you can’t substantiate, which makes it a stronger and more credible review. If they still don’t resolve the issue after you post it, I can also help you write a more strongly worded version while keeping it factual. Cons There is not much I do not like. At times I need to update a description or add a pic, but once someone bids you cannot make changes. I understand the reasoning, but it would be nice to have this option at times. I was emailed today saying they now have the ability to pass card transaction fees to the buyer (This was wish list item I has emailed them about). Competitive pricing! Cons Had to pay do remove ads, add more pictures, l add make donors per item, and add more items (cost is per quantity category, so if 105 items, must pay the 100-200 item price. Would highly recommend! Our total expense to the 32auctions was $120! Pros This auction platform is very easy to use and and a great value. The homepage and bidding pages can be customized and easily draw the user in. We were able to link to the virtual payment system of our church to avoid being charged extra fees. Cons Next year, we hope to transition to live auction. The system seems to be set up to do virtual auction first, then live auction. We created a paypal business account and off we went. However- each payment done via PayPay was charged and immediately cancelled. I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and they determined it was an issue with 32auctions. 32auctions has no over the phone customer service- it is all done via email. I have been emailing explaining the situation and they simply push it back to paypal. Paypal has been extremely helpful but 32 auctions refused to engage to find the glitch. So- as easy as the auction was they have no customer service and no interest in trying to resolve issues. We are out 750.00 and it does not appear there is any assistance coming. Look for a different auction site...... Pros The auction was very easy to use and maneuver.
