Pros The features! They have awesome remote bidding features for buyers, and easy ways for the administrators to post auction items and see who has bid on the items. Cons The money they take, but that is understandable if they are a business. Plus, they help others raise more money. I would also like it if it was easier to take cards. Review Source AV Andrea V. Check out is so much quicker and easier. Pros I love that it notifies bidders if they have been outbid. It helps to keep that 'competitive' bidding going even if they are not all in person. Cons There is not much I do not like. At times I need to update a description or add a pic, but once someone bids you cannot make changes. I understand the reasoning, but it would be nice to have this option at times. Pros Easy to set up. Looks good. Price was right. Cons We need to be able to easily match donors with the bidders of their items and this software does not allow you to do that. Pricing/payment went off without a hitch. Cons Could encourage auctioneers to more multi-media for instance videos. This would help understand the auctioned items better. Compared to other auction software, it is not only a real bargain, but a wonderful interface. When you are working with the general public, you always worry about usability issues. 32Auctions has been easy for all of our gala attendees to use. And for that I say "KUDOS!" Pros We love 32 Auctions! My nonprofit art organization has used 32 auctions three times over the last two years. It is an easy to use system that has doubled our revenue from our auction fundraisers. The folks who come to our galas find it easy to use, and they LOVE it! It's been a game changer in our fundraising efforts. Cons Perhaps the least favorite thing about the software is the visual design of the pages. East to emailWinners and send payment reminder emails. Pros Easy to use, easy to set up. Great use of featuring donors on the landing page and on the product, complete with ability to add the donor’s website. I was emailed today saying they now have the ability to pass card transaction fees to the buyer (This was wish list item I has emailed them about). Competitive pricing! Cons Had to pay do remove ads, add more pictures, l add make donors per item, and add more items (cost is per quantity category, so if 105 items, must pay the 100-200 item price. Our total expense to the 32auctions was $120! Pros This auction platform is very easy to use and and a great value. The homepage and bidding pages can be customized and easily draw the user in. We were able to link to the virtual payment system of our church to avoid being charged extra fees. Cons Next year, we hope to transition to live auction. The system seems to be set up to do virtual auction first, then live auction. We would like to do that in reverse, so will have to see if that will work satisfactorily. Pros I like being easily able to produce an auction. Cons There is no way to fix errors or take down an auction item, even if the auction bas not started yet. We created a paypal business account and off we went. However- each payment done via PayPay was charged and immediately cancelled. I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and they determined it was an issue with 32auctions. 32auctions has no over the phone customer service- it is all done via email. I have been emailing explaining the situation and they simply push it back to paypal. Paypal has been extremely helpful but 32 auctions refused to engage to find the glitch. So- as easy as the auction was they have no customer service and no interest in trying to resolve issues. We are out 750.00 and it does not appear there is any assistance coming. Look for a different auction site...... Pros The auction was very easy to use and maneuver. We tripled our earnings in 2019 because of how easy it was for folks to log in, bid, and pay for their items! The premium features were affordably priced and well worth it. Cons None. We loved it. Review Source JS Judy S. this was a fundraiser for a friend Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "this software is misleading, be sure and read their additional charges which are hidden " July 8, 2018 3.0 NONE Pros not much, people were able to connect easily, it did print our good auction sheets, was easy to enter Cons that we did not know about their additional fees plus the credit card fees and at time of close out of auction we did not know that paypal account had not been completed and so we could not take any charges at all. So we somehow quickly setup stripes and it charges more than paypal does and takes longer to deposit the money to bank acct.
