Ive appreciate the updates, become comfortable with some of the workarounds, but look forward to taking advantage of features Ive not yet had time to explore or integrate into our proposals (such as at the follow-up live chat). Pros Customer service responsiveness, speed from design-to-field, verbatim analysis. Fielding the actual studies has been smooth. I also greatly appreciate the simulation/pilot test feature. The AI features for analysis are promising, as I already love the verbatim word count/synthesis. Cons Designing the discussion guide in the platform and via Excel are painful in their own ways. I prefer the UI in the platform, but it is a bit glitchy and annoying when you need to edit/move questions around. With there was also a way to export a visually easy-to-read guide for client review as a PDF or word doc. I also wish there were ways to modify the analysis charts in the platform more for cleaner export. I also dislike the voting/verbatim exposure to the respondents. Wish this could be turned off. Finally, I wish there were more ways to branch/split respondent groups more like a monadic study where I have the option to show distinct stimuli sets/order, without having to run a second Remesh. Alternatives considered [Toluna Start](https://www.capterra.com/p/79183/PanelPortal/)[Recollective](https://www.capterra.com/p/129365/Recollective/) Reason for choosing Remesh Faster, easier, more quant-like. This evaluation happened during Covid though, and Ive not yet re-evaluated. That said, I know my clients prefer what I'm offering in Remesh more than Zappi. February 12, 2026 3.0 Overall, the platform seemed very promising. I don't think it is developed enough for my organization to continue using it, but it is a great proof-of-concept. Pros Remesh made high level analysis relatively quick and simple. It cut down on a lot of the set-up time required for brain storming and creating crosstabs. Cons I didn't like how restrictive the platform is in terms of survey design. The analysis features can be helpful, but they come at the cost of a more "cookie-cutter" approach to survey design. I love when I get assigned a Remesh project because I know it’s going to be a success. The clients love it, our researchers love it and operationally, I’m thrilled with it! Pros It is so incredibly easy to use and I feel so supported throughout the entire process. Our sales support, \[sensitive content hidden\], is always so quick to respond and if he isn’t able to help me, he points me in the right direction. I had a tech snafu and one of their tech support people jumped on a call with me within the hour to talk it all through. All on the day our session was scheduled to happen. The platform and technology is what draws us in and the support is what keeps us coming back. Cons I just get so nervous that I am going to accidentally mess something up - publish too early or mess up the respondent links. It’s really more of my own issue than the platforms. Pros The customer support the Remesh team provides us is topnotch. My team and I know that we can go to \[sensitive content hidden\] with any question and he will guide us in the right direction. It's clear that being a long term player (10+ years!) in the AI tool space has given the Remesh team the confidence to answer our questions and help us navigate a really fast moving space in an approachable way. Everyone we come in contact with at Remesh is helpful and genuinely wants to see our business succeed. The Remesh platform allows us to deliver insights and learnings at top speed and we're thankful for the Remesh team's partnership. Cons I don't have many complaints at the moment. I think the team has done a really good job at evolving the tech and the platform for our needs. Pros Remesh is a great way to get a quick qual/quant pulse from consumers across the country. The voting format allows you to avoid group think while being able to interpret and react to consumers' opinions live. It's also a great way to expand the cross-functional team listening live to consumers by being completely online... I've held both live watching parties in a single location and have had multiple locations log in at the same time with great success. Cons While open-ended questions are timed, there isn't a way to time exposure to stimulus so you can't know for sure how long someone looked at something if you just want to get a quick first reaction. To keep sessions on time I have found that I have to really pay attention and manually time out the posting of stimulus and closed-ended questions on my own. AT first glance, I was apprehensive. But after using it a few times I started to see its usefulness. I was always used to searching for people to create a focus group to ask about products. That was time-consuming, expensive and not very productive. But with this product I am able to speak with people directly and get instant feedback . I hope to use it more often in the future. Pros I appreciate the ability Remesh provides to capture audience feedback rapidly and at scale. It is a fast, efficient and cost-effective way to test concepts and understand which direction is best for a number of things including new product developments, creative concepts, positioning territories, and more. Cons The only thing I've found lacking at times is depth of response from participants, but this is typically due to the nature of the design of the study. My experience has involved trying to pack a lot of things in to one discussion, so this could likely be solved by adjusting the discussion flow. Review Source JM Javier M. Pros Onces you have set the parameters and objectives, this sofware is easy and fast to work with it. It gets you a lot of answers and data in a short space of time, impossible using another tools. It can analyze the words, expressions, matches and more, preparing a detailed report to simply read and make decisions. Cons The inability to randomize stimuli, not being able to limit the amount of users per segment that enter the room and now being able to turn off voting for specific questions. Pros It took me less than 2 weeks from deciding to use the platform to conducting the research and delivering a report. The total project cost was about 1/4th what I was quoted from full service market research firms. And the results were good and actionable. Cons Most of the previous market research I've commissioned has been with full service market research shops. For Remesh I did have to put more work in during the process - helping with the discussion guide, running the conversation, and putting together a deliverable.
