The support team was working very hard on fixing our problems an the communication with them way always on a very collegial level. After all the product was working well and we didn't have to touch it as everything was working well. Pros Easy connectivity to internal systems based on predefined workflows. Great onboarding functionality of new systems and users. Modern userinterface and great options to configure various security features. Great international engaged support team on Wallix side. Cons We had a couple of problems after the inital implementation phase regarding disfunctional and buggy updates. The solution is very user friendly and has all the necessary features required by a PAM solution. Pros The most important aspect of any PAM solution is the ease of implementing the solution. Since I have experience using other PAM solution . This solution has the min implementation time compared all the solution available in the market. Cons Wallis needs to add more features like out of the box integration softand hard tokens like RSA and PKI cards.
