Pros I love how easily OpenTable incorporates into websites and GoogleMyBusiness and how easy it is to get through booking a reservation. Best I've seen. Cons I have no complaints about OpenTable! I can instantly know availability at a specific restaurant. Cons If you cancel more that 4 times, they ban you from making any future reservations. I made this mistake on my personal account. Whoops!
