It almost never happens, but Freshping immediately notified our team of a web App issue. It's reliable and we trust it to monitor our service.

Pros

Freshping was easy to add to our suite of monitoring services. It's simple and accurate. Set and forget, except a few time per day to check our online status

Cons

No complaints. Freshping does exactly what it promises and a hole lot more.

I am amazed with Dashboard and it's look-n-feel, It's really great!!!! It' UI is easy to use and it's Response is very Fast appearing Graphs from the ping/TCP/HTTP/HTTPS/DNS results. Also the reports are very to-the-point and can help my productivity to identify % of a problem on my locations/servers. With one word ... they are amazing.

Pros

It's UI is Excelent Providing End User a Very Valuable information regarding monitored instances. Intergrations are really Valuable to me.

Cons

No Cons Identified last Week that i am Using this Product.

Pros

Easy to use and set up. The Zapier integration is the best. This is a reliable service that helps us know when there is any downtime. It is great to get an alert when the site goes offline and when it goes back online.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot think of anything that I don't like about this product. It appears that they are constantly innovating and improving on a solid platform.

Real time alerts throught Slack. Now all the team know when something happens with the server.

Pros

I like the fact is simple to install, just paste the url and thats all. I also like the integration with slack and webhooks, it opens a lot of possibilities.

Cons

Being honest, I don't have any important concern about this service. Maybe the interface of the web page could be better, but nothing important.

Using FreshPing has given us the ability to quickly and cost effectively provide service status to employees and customers. Without it we could have spent weeks implementing.

Pros

The software was quick and easy to setup and configure, providing us with immediate visibility of our important services status and our customers can see them too.

Cons

Nothing, it is about as complete as you can get.

Pros

Fresh ping is extremely simple to set up and provides a easy to view dashboard which I use for my end users to monitor.

Cons

I can highlight any cons currently I am just using the free version that only gives you 50 nodes, I know the product can do so much more, but when you work for a charity you dont always get to purchase the full package but the free versions works great for a high level metric.

I love freshping over uptimerobot however wish we can look at adding your own server to use for monitoring as the closest to me is EU so higher latency in tests.

Pros

Now that I have integrated the different offerings from Freshworks am I truly seeing how it can save my business time and money. This allows us to give our clients a complete overview.

Cons

Some menus need to be easier to find however if you search the FAQ you generally find all the answers

Cons

I use a json return method that I would like to parse out to determine was aspect of a given endpoint is not working. Also, I want to modify the website more with different option. Or just expose the HMTL page like at FreshTeam

Pros

I had an external wan interface monitoring setup within minutes. I really like the clean and simple interface. I'm trying more and more to get away from email notifications, currently using slack but will be migrating the MS teams which, and freshping has both!

Cons

Not really a con, but when I did the signup process they required a website to monitor and that's not really what I'm looking for. Maybe provide a drop-down so the user can choose what their first monitor will be.

Pros

I have build almost 20+ Websites in the past and it has always been my requirement to keep a track of the websites up and down status. Freshping has made it possible after uptime robot. It has a cool interface and gives me the ability to check the status every minute, that too at not cost. Simple awesome and highly useful.

Cons

Limit of 1 minute, but obviously justified for being free

Brilliant as of date. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to monitor your website.

Pros

Very easy to use features on display. Gives you real time data & if something does go wrong it's there for display. Price seems pretty good and wouldn't argue against it either.

Cons

Developers can get in touch with me, because I have been unable to find one as of yet.

Thanks to Freshping I can keep my application on Heroku running 24/7 as it needs an HTTP request to stay connected

Cons

I miss the possibility of putting the HTTP request type (POST, GET, etc...) and parameters to be sent together like in postman
