nice

Pros

this software make my service to my client very easier, specially the slack push notification, i can monitor the downtime with in a minute.

Cons

the 1 minute monitor and ping through third-party apart from email

Keeping track of our uptime and notifying us when it's not up. Prior to insping we had a few outages and were not aware of it.

Pros

Just getting started on an app and having a free easy to use tool for uptime monitoring has been a great find. Simple to set up. Works like they say it should.

Cons

Some more customizations for the dashboard..

Pros

I use FreshPing to monitor my Game Servers, which I host publicly. For my use-case, what I require was originally pretty minimal. FresPing provided the best UI for a customer to view. I've recently discovered it has an integrations tab, which I've used to push my alerts to my Discord server.

Cons

Not applicable here. The software is great.

Pros

I’ve tried most of the uptime reporting tools and this one by far had the best design, layout and more importantly can monitor for free.

Cons

The paid plan although relatively inexpensive is not as cheap as it could be.

Pros

Used it in combination with Freshstatus and it took me literally less than maybe 2 minutes to completely set-up my account and connect the API with Freshstatus. Can't recommend it enough.

Cons

Honestly nothing. Worked perfectly; the set-up process is very easy to understand.

Pros

This software is incredibly easy to deploy and configure. It literally just took barely 2 minutes and the checks on both my website and blog was up and running. It has some pretty advanced features as well under the configurations sections. Not that robust but a must have for small teams and individuals like me.

Cons

Not really. I didn't find any notable disadvantages of unsing the software. It's not that robust but it well satisfies my every need.

These tools are very easy to use and offer great monitoring capabilities. You can setup and monitor your environment just in a second. BTW livestatus is cool.

Cons

I think, if we could add custom additional information on the downtime live status it would be nice.

That it can also do a TCP check, not just HTTP/HTTPS.

Cons

I did not like that I could not find an easy way to change the world region for a bunch of checks at once.

Pros

For a piece of free software, this is very nice. We are currently using it to monitor our customers' websites using the status page which works great!

Cons

The only downside is that the integration within freshservice is not really customisable as in when you're able to create the tickets.

Great easy to use software, freebie license already very usable, not expensive for paid versions and they keep adding more features to it. Good product that has helped me a lot.

Pros

Easy to setup, free license already gives 50 pings, alerting works very well

Cons

The login procedure and URL to directly access the dashboard takes some redirects at first (issue with Freshworks account etc.) but now all is fine

Pros

Really, this is the best status page really for free you can have to monitor your web services.

Cons

Integration between their tools/services between Freshping, Freshwork, Freshstatus etc... is a bit painful regardless the account creation etc... Different accounts for the same user. And if you forget your URL you get lost in the system. Best should be: one user, just use the login and password and this is it. Instead of multiple account creations and different urls to save somewhere in your favorite to log on your services. And each urls are different depending of the service you use, it can be quickly a nightmare when you use more than one of their services.

Very positive - Support is quick to respond during their advertised hours. They're happy to discuss feature design and roadmap, which definitely helps build confidence in Freshping. Tool is simple to use and offers many features that other companies charge non-insignificant amounts of money for.

Pros

It's simple to set up and get started with, and free.

Cons

It lacks some features that I'd deem extremely important for a monitoring tool, such as the ability to pass custom headers with requests, and see the actual response body of failed requests (though support has confirmed at least the first of those features to be coming in June 2019)

Pros

This program only has one purpose, its uptime. I like the uptime thing because i can host my discord bot 24/7! And if the site i host makes my bot go down, i am notified just after 1 minutes!

Cons

Customer Service, i couldnt find it anywhere.

I feel like I should be paying for this. Best bang for your buck status page software out there. Atlassian could never :)

Pros

Easy to use, it's free, great support, and it's made our support staff's life easier. Will be considering Freshdesk to replace our current Zendesk.

Cons

Some features paywalled which is fine. It was ticket hell for 1 day until all of our staff got used to it.
