There are other companies we use, but I noticed FreshWorks had one and thought I'd give it a try. It's on par with others, always alerts us when needed, and was easy to set up with multiple domains. The Free Tier is exactly what we need. Cons Not really much to dislike.. we use the basic features and it is exactly what we need: A tool to tell us if the website is down so we can go investigate. We were having a lot of problems with our server and it was very difficult to track the uptime especially during non-working hours.
