Set up was easy, great customer service and friendly staff. Features are fabulous and Chekkit does what other more expensive providers do.
Have had great experiences with Chekkit so far. We have used them for 2-3 years with great success.
Ease of use and assistance/training provided by the Chekkit team was great. The reps were great with our teams and Chekkit was always available for follow-up when required.
So far things have been great, the dashboard is easy to use and if there is ever a question we are promptly helped. It is a great local company.

Conversion of text to review was lower than we anticipated. That could be in part due to Google requirements that in order to leave a review, one needs to have a gmail account.
The time delay to update google. The reviews take a bit of time to update.
No enterprise functionality at present to manage multiple locations from one dashboard.

Overall: Overall, the experience with Chekkit was great, however, our organization wasn't ready to fully commit to using the software to the best of it's ability. In an ever changing world where online reviews will likely make or break a decision for someone to walk in your door, Chekkit certainly assists in getting the reviews required to promote your business.

Overall: It was a much better experience than when using a competitor product which was less user friendly, had poor support and was signifcantly more expensive.
Pros: Affordable and easy to use. Better support, more functional. I like the fact that you dont have to assign a conversation to others inorder for other team members to interact with that client.
Cons: Not alot. I have found it very functional and easy to use.

Overall: Overall a decent experience for the money, I wish the campaign marketing was easier.
Pros: It's simple to get started and individually message my clients.
Cons: There are SEVERAL quality of life features I miss from my old software. Not having a separate contact list within Chekkit of who can and can't be messaged, having to upload a CSV every time is a huge hassle.

Pros: Everything! It's easy to use. Great response time by everyone at Chekkit, especially the help text. Better review link options for our customers. Easy deployment.
Cons: There isn't anything I don't like about Chekkit. I've only been using it a few weeks.
