"Chekkit is one THE BEST SMS system that we've had"

**Overall:** Over the last year, singing up with Chekkit has been a huge help to our company. Every interaction I have with the team is a pleasent one and I'm confident that they have my back when it comes to any request I have.Since originally signing up with 3 radio stations, we've grown with chekkit and have brought other brands on board.

**Pros:** Above all of the great features provided by Chekkit, it is their customer support and service that really helps them shine and blows me away.Working with our representative and the team to come up with solutions to various issues is amazing. The team really understands what we are trying to accomplish with the system and work all hours of the day to make sure that we are taken care of.Find customer service like this is difficult, which makes me constantly recommend Chekkit to industry peers.

**Cons:** There are too many negatives with the Chekkit system, and whenever issues have happened, the team has had solutions along the way. We've broken Chekkit multiple times with the amount of engagement we get as a radio station and they constantly have our backs.The only negative I can say is that the insights and analytics with our accounts don't function the way that'd like, to properly see our analytics on demand (they are working on this though).
