Overall: With Myroom we connect HPE technical staff to our environment. It is very quick.
Pros: HPE Myroom connects you and your case support without any significant latency. It is easy to install and use it with only an email link sent by HPE staff.
Cons: Myroom's audio not work without earphone.
"Somewhat outdated meeting tool"
Overall: This was the legacy meeting tool in my prior company and allowed users in different physical locations to meet.
Pros: MyRoom allows users from different organizations or domains to speak together on a teleconference. Users can share their desktop, text chat, and speak.
Cons: No video support. Each meeting creates a new link which can requires users joining the call to download and run an executable before they are allowed in.
