Overall, I love using Phantombuster for proof-of-concept projects or production-ready projects. The tool saves me a considerable amount of time.

Pros

The tool is very easy to set up, a single Phantom takes less than 5 minutes to be operational and doesn’t need to be updated.

Cons

I find that sometimes data scraping takes a long time, and the error logs don’t provide much information.

Overall experience was good, from the support especially with the imbedded AI and customer support on the AI.

Pros

its a good system it actually extracts the data from social platforms, web scraping is good and accurate, all this making this be a good software written with a strong sense on value for money as it helps inlead generation accessing social post for services a freelancer, company etc. can actually use, customer support was beautiful, quick and had referral links to videos for ease of use. The API is totally intergretable.

Cons

it took me sometime to configure certain tasks that required certain knowledge of a person who has understanding in setting up software even though there is instruction videos which are mostly for linked in and not other social media like Facebook as it has difficult steps to follow.

Pros

PhantomBuster permet d'extraire des données LinkedIn et d'autres réseaux sociaux et de les exploiter en tant que base de donnée ou accomplir des actions automatiques : invitations, messages, commentaires, etc…

Cons

Pour les points négatifs, j'ai remarqué que les fantômes (leurs automatisations) tombaient souvent en panne et il faut passer plein de temps pour tout reconfigurer à nouveau

Overall, this app is pretty incredible. It has so many useful features that its easy to lose a couple hours just playing around with them. I just wish they had spent more time perfecting what they had rather than releasing additional features, because certain areas werent running like they should.

Pros

It has a TON of features, many of which I had never even heard of before. They're very ambitious.

Cons

Not all of the features were fine tuned like they should've been. I also had an account get flagged using it.

Overall, the experience is rather nice and allows to save time. Unfortunately, only the most common sources are covered, and any serious scraping duty will require an additional tool and/or additional (paid) credits to enrich the data.

Pros

PhantomBuster is your easy-to-use tool for standard extraction duty. Do you need scraping data from your standard Google Maps, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Yellow Pages, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X, Youtube and so on? Here you go! And besides the standard csv file, you can even export your data into Hubspot or Slack.

Cons

While the standard apps and websites are covered, other less-standard, unique sources will require a more ubiquitous (and most likely less user-friendly) tool. As with almost any preset-based no-code tool out there, PhantomBuster shows its limitations as soon as you get out of the beaten paths. Also, no data enrichment is provided, you haveto rely on external credits.

Very good tool for social media automation. Easy to use, complete. The only problem is that it is too expensive.

Pros

I used it to make social media automation (mainly on Twitter and Instagram for follow-unfollow). I loved that it was very easy to use and also that it gave clear recommendations to avoid bans.

Cons

The price. I found it extremely expensive for automation. It is very difficult to make it profitable.

It's an excellent and valuable tool which lets us automate a lot of actions so we can use our resources on more unique problems instead of wasting time on simple and repeatable tasks.

Pros

I like the PhantomBuster is very easy to use and it is possible to tailor it you your needs quickly.

Cons

Sometimes there are minor UI bugs like disappearing the scrollbar nd you need to refresh a page, but it's not often and not a huge problem.
