Whether it's LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook - Phantombuster allows you to save a huge amount of time thanks to automation. I really like the fact that it's NOT a chrome extension. Usually, those extensions are really killing the RAM of a computer. With Phantombuster you can simply set up everything and close it. It will work on its own, almost like magic. Cons If I could change one thing, it would be to have the product offer weekly use instead of daily use - which would allow me to do all of my leadgen on one day, rather than patching together a bunch of different lists over the course of a week. It is easy to combined predefined APIs in order to automate marketing automation task, for example : extracting people from a LinkedIn group => Add this people to your contacts => Send them a PM => find their mails. I've combined it with other tools like Zappier and Pardot, and now I have a full mass marketing pipeline that fuels our lead generation department when it's needed. All the (boring) things you would do by hand can be automate quite easily, and the APIs stack offered keep growing and growing. Support is also reactive and the APIs keep on working when the scrapped sites updates their UI. Pros The API marketplace: all you need for your marketing stuff The support team which is fast to answer Cons Creating your own APIs is a bit messy, you have to run tests a lot and it consumes the minutes (used as credits) available for your account. Cons Le scrapping pour lequel j'ai voulu utiliser PhantomBuster n'a pas fonctionné, suite aux échanges avec le support, j'ai réessayer maintes fois et perdus plusieurs heures de mon temps et de l'outils en essayant leurs solutions pour que cela fonctionne sans succès. Ils ont donc remis la faute sur le site et non sur l'outil, j'ai gentiment demandé si il était possible de récupérer les heures pour pouvoir réessayer de faire fonctionner le scrapping, ils ont gentiment refusé et m'ont proposé de me rendre 7 heures qui correspondait aux "problèmes détectés" sauf qu'avec le plan gratuit, impossible de faire plus de 30 minutes par jour, rendant irréalisable ma stratégie. En conclusion, j'ai payé le tarif mensuel sans pouvoir réaliser aucune des actions que je souhaitais faire (rien de bien complexe). Je recommande de se tourner vers d'autres outils avec un meilleur service client et un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.
