Really positive, fantastic customer services, willingness to take time to explain things and offer suggestions and solutions. Customer Support held our hand through implementation and ongoing support - could not do it without them!

Pros

Ease of set up and ease of use, customer support, customization, use of AI, data visualizations, ability to confidently show and share marketing's impact on the business.

Cons

It can be slow to run reports, especially if you have it set up to view different business areas or regions - then you have to pull the same report three times. You have to dedicate at least an hour to pulling reports, especially if you're not 100% sure you're pulling exactly what you're looking for, it can take a few tries and iterations. Occasionally the platform glitches in Chrome (less issues with that in Safari).
