Useful and keeps things organised.

Pros

Open Apply is a useful system to track applications and inquiries you receive. I like the ability to email with the applicants through the system and receive the replies. It is also useful in keeping notes regarding reach applicant in the same place.

Cons

It seems a bit chaotic to the eye and could use some simplification of the user interface.
