Pros

We use Blink as our internal workplace social media app. It helps our workforce to engage and connect with each other - especially as we are a multi-site organisation where it can be difficult to meet our colleagues face-to-face. I enjoy how we can individually contribute posts and share content with colleagues. I also like the fact that colleagues can engage with whichever posts they choose and add their own comments and reactions. As an Admin user, I also enjoy the back-end of Blink to see how engaged the workforce are with the app and posts.

Cons

I think the 'Hub' section could be better laid out and more visually appealing, as it very much feels like an alternative File Explorer with its left-hand menu.

Blink has assisted me to build better internal communication, particularly in communicating quick updates and documents with editors who do not necessarily have desks.

Pros

I prefer a single update and the knowledge that all the people will be aware of it and this is very handy when there is a deadline or policy modification that requires quick exposure.

Cons

I do not like that certain characteristics are not as easy to use initially, and new users require a short tutorial to use it without some inconvenience.

My experience with Blink has been very positive. The platform is straightforward, organized, and easy to use. It made my workflow more efficient, helped me stay on top of tasks, and reduced the time spent navigating different systems.

Pros

I really liked how user-friendly and intuitive Blink is. The layout makes it easy to navigate, stay organized, and complete tasks without feeling overwhelmed. It keeps information in one place so I can work efficiently

Cons

There wasn’t much I disliked, but there were times when I felt the system could be slightly more customizable to fit individual preferences.

Overall, I love this. It is simple to use. Employees can view updates and news remotely and while at work, reducing the likelihood of them missing something important.

Pros

I like that it is affordable for a small businesses. I Also love that it provides a central location for company chats, and updates.

Cons

It has very limited feature depth, and it is not very strong on productivity integrations, like collaboration tools

Hub is useful for storing documents, policies, links so everyone can access what they need. The Chat feature is handy for quick messages with people in your workspace (or remote coworkers).

Cons

Sharing or viewing documents isn’t super strong. The Hub doesn’t always let you create proper pages or organize docs as well as one might want

My overall experience is good so far. My working in environment where everyday internal work is necessary. Blink has all the benefits that require.

Pros

This App is good for frontline workers. I have been ussing this for last one and half months and I loved the result it provided. It has made internal communication so easy. Don’t need any update. Blink got you covered. No paperwork. What else you need…!!!

Cons

There is no such things that I don’t like about blink but I must say that if your internal team is too big then managing all stuff is little bit tricky.
