Comments: Overall, Cumulus serves end-users well.

Pros: Cumulus is able to update our account/subscriptions and billing immediately, and pushes the account changes through to the licensing platform instantaneously.

Cons: It can be tricky to navigate at first as an end-user, and takes some getting used to in terms of functionality and where everything is located.
