Pros: SME360 have used Sentry's Contractor Management System since it's introduction and it has aided and improved our ability to manage and follow up with our Contractor requirements. From Pre Event contractor documents and collating site workforce details, through to onsite inductions, the system is intuitive and makes the process easy. The system removes some of the administrative burden placed on Event Managers and makes 'ticking the boxes' simpler and easier.

Cons: When we first used the system, we made a number of suggestions around the design of the interface. To their credit, they were able to address the issues rapidly.

Overall: It helped streamline administrative processes

A "must consider" for all event managers.

Pros: Using Sentry's event management technology, for the recent 2018 Melbourne Chinese New Year Festival we were able to seamlessly receive, collate and review all contractor documentation. The platform significantly reduced the time spent on contractor administration, and allowed us to focus on event delivery which included adhering to compliance deadlines and focusing on site detail. A "must consider" for all event managers.

Cons: We had some confusion from suppliers with the email messages coming through from Sentry, as opposed to from Miles Per Hour - I raised this with their team and they've agreed to add this functionality for our next event.

It streamlined the process of managing event contractor compliance!

Pros: Using Sentry's event management technology, we were able to easy collect and manage all contractor documentation, and provide instantaneous feedback where gaps were found. It saved us hours in time that previously would have been spent chasing everyone up.

Their SWMS module was great in terms of collecting the documentation, communicating with the suppliers and signing everything off easily.

The online induction tool was brilliant with it allowing the contractor's workers to fill out the forms using their phones - and the dashboards let us know who was YET to fix it all up.

If you're running events where multiple contractors are involved, it is simply a must have.

Cons: Although the system functioned perfectly, perhaps the user interface could do with some sprucing up - I believe their team are aware of this though... The dashboards were great, but they could also be a little more visual as well.
