We're losing money daily because of them and are actively looking to replace their platform as soon as we can. Pros I like that it has a self-hosted solution so we can white label a product designer and then try and automate the printing process. Cons The program is extremely buggy and breaks constantly. Reaching out to support takes weeks before any resolution is found. You get the run around for weeks with "our developers are looking into it." We are experiencing an issue in production where 20 percent of all of our products fail to print. We're losing revenue and it's been over two weeks since we brought up the issue with them and their developers are "still looking into it." Reasons for choosing Customer's Canvas It came highly recommend, though for the life of me I can't figure out why. Pros Practicality, variety of features, it is not necessary to be an expert in design, as the application provides me with everything I need to do my job well. And there is still a free and paid version with exclusive features, finally I can get incredible results without needing training Cons does not offer tools to create from scratch, does not offer creation tools from scratch, does not offer trademark registration and some works carried out are copyrighted . It is limited in functionality and editing within the app, it cannot work offline and the templates are simplified and by sharing with others you can find one like it. Cons Getting setup and integrated has almost taken us a year. We've been told multiple different things and get tossed around support team like a football. Upfront they could've been more direct about the integration, they made it seem like they integrate with woocommerce but its a very linear integration and customization costs more. I think they should figure out a pricing model that doesn't charge until you are live in production. I am over $10K on this software and now I am stuck with it at this point plus monthly ongoing subscription charges.
