"Wonderful product! "
Overall: Overall, I am absolutely satisfied! The auto-score feature has been the most helpful so far. It streamlines our reviews and the process of reviewing the DDQs allows us to ask the vendor for clarification on specific questions. Our Vendors also have been able to navigate the use with ease which also helps tremendously.
Pros: This is very user-friendly. Easy to train others to use, and the ability to customize different areas plus assigning specific sections or questions of DDQ reviews either internally or externally is awesome!
Cons: So far I haven't come across anything I would categorize as a dislike. the price was a bit more expensive than others, however, the number of features and capabilities are worth it.
"CENTRL makes compliance easy"
Overall: Supplier compliance and Vendor Management is made easy.
Pros: It was easy to use within the organisation and it was easy for our vendors and suppliers to use as well when they were engaged.
Cons: There is nothing that we like 'least'. It really is a ''solve all problem'' solution!

Cons: Lag times can sometimes get long. Very minor glitches that I run into from time to time.

Overall: Great product, good support.
Pros: Ease of deployment. Ability to set up autoscoring, based on risk appetite. Easy and quick to upload questionnaires or modify existing questionnaires in the platform. Recent enhancement to auto-triggering of follow-up assessment, based on inherent risk rating.
Cons: Reporting capability although this has been enhanced lately.

Pros: Easy to use and set up. Great for storing and managing master data.
Cons: Some areas within the system could be automated further.
