### "Cultural questions"

It has been really good and is very useful in our line of work, great help and support provided by our rep.

Pros

I like the part of the WPA where the organization can comment on where they are today and where they would like to be tomorrow. The result can be used in many types of discussion regarding change management. It´s easy to communicate and get an overall understanding among each member of the project and the employees.

Cons

I think that the workspace alternatives could be easier to interpret, unsure of how to interpret the space given in the result...

### "Best software for office space planing on the market"

There is nothing comparable on the market and it brings office planning much further in the ever more digitalized world. The support from WPA is sensational and almost everything is done to help you and make things possible. I really enjoy working with WPA.

Pros

By questioning everyone involved, I get a realistic picture. Benchmarks are good, but in the end every company and every work culture is unique. A solid data base is definitely crucial when it comes to developing a suitable concept and involving the people concerned. So the software helps not only with planning but also with change management. The direct transfer of data into a room & function program saves a lot of time and often makes decisions easier.

Cons

Sometimes the software reaches its limits when it becomes too complex. But so far, good solutions have always been found. Sometimes it was even an advantage, because certain processes and assumptions had to be thoroughly rethought and a better solution was found.

Reason for choosing Reworc

Because the results are based on the opinion of the users. And the outcome is not only data, it is already transformed for planers needs. Also an absolute interesting part of the WPA is the culture scan. It is really interesting to be used in the early phase of office planing an can also provide deep insights for general management decissions.

### "Awesome an powerful tool for workplace and HR"

The WPA tool is a great and powerful tool for developing workplace strategy and design, change management and HR. It is a multiple usable tool. It gives me time after time profound insights in: employee satisfaction, work processes, organisational relations and collaboration, culture aspects, IT necessities. The people from WPA are awesome and are really helpfull and cooperative in creating the best possible tool for the client. That is also a little the downside, they need to give allot of support to modify the tool to your needs (its all included in the service and price). More usability and possibilities to modify it yourself would be a strong adition to the tool. This is also for the results. The online dashboard is really amazing. The insights and excerpts you can create based on the results are impressive. A (hard copy) report is more difficult to create and needs support from WPA or allot of work yourself. Despite the relatively long questionnaire (15-20 min) the survey has a really high response rate due to the really good follow up and reminders from WPA. The tool has become a standard part of my work.

Organizational change comes with lots of challenges. One of these challenges is how to organize our workfloor. WPA is a data driven tool with empathy. With this tool you create a clear starting point in understanding your organizational needs.

They way it structures data in a comprehensive and inspiring way

It is difficult not to like this product and the team.

We use WPA to solve for three distinct problems: Behavioral space planning for the future of work, HR employee engagement, and to help business transform.

Pros

Ease of use, output reports are intuitive, the dashboard and scenario planning tools are excellent.

Cons

Slicing and dicing the output into multiple views. You can generate reports filtering the data for story telling, but sorting at the data with prioritization would be a great future enhancement.

WPA values their client relationships and prioritizes them above everything else. They offer options that are in the best interest of what's needed, not necessarily what's best for them.

Pros

The ability to predict future needs by analyzing facts when filtering specific demographics. It is the antithesis of workplace soothsayers, and their hocus-pocus, gut feel approach.

Cons

While informative, the graphics are complex making it difficult to create executive presentations without recreating graphics to simplify the message/ ease of communication.

### "A planning tool for business leaders"

We were looking for an employee engagement tool and found so much more during the first call. In addition to the typical engagement metrics for today, WPA provides a look into how our workforce is changing, giving us insights into what the future looks like. Along with this information, they have provided invaluable conversations and consultation. While we have just started using the tools, we believe it is already helping us plan for the future, not just for today.

Pros

The ability to forecast and then act, based on where the business is going and what our future workforce wants/needs.

Cons

There is so much great information it's hard to know where to begin.
