I really love the fact that I can make video calls overseas in real time. I also like that you can have more than one person on a call. Cons Once in a while my video feed will shut down and I won't be aware of it. I have to watch for that, Otherwise, I have to watch the text and that is a feature that has really saved us. Pros It's simple to use. Our appointments are arranged in advanced and since we are used to using Skype it was a simple process to learn and use immediately without any learning curve. Cons If everyone on the call does not have decent internet connection it is stressful. It is extremely important to have consistent wifi. Also adding new contacts is difficult and adding them after receiving a call is equally difficult. I think it was simpler to do before but now it we can't always figure it out. One of the key features that I really like is screen sharing. This tool is very useful in order to communicate with someone else and troubleshoot issues that someone may have on their side of the screen. It also has a mobile app so when I am traveling to another location I can still connect with others on the go! Cons There are not too many issues with Skypetime, but I realized was that if the internet connection is slow, the app would not function properly. Video sessions become a little blurry and audio becomes choppy. Do not attempt to share a large file with a bad connection, because you might be waiting a long time for that file to download. Cons Problems with connectivity. The app sometimes will freeze or just wont react fastly. It is especially slow for me when logging in Skype (on laptop) .
