We keep trying to use it (most of our clients request to use it) and it keeps failing on us. We are going to keep using it and wait for some upgrades/fixes . If I am having a problem though I can skypetime my company and they answer back on Skype in real time. I also am able to chat with other coworkers via SkypeTime. Pros This software is friendly to non-techy people. I can access it from my computer or phone. There are apps that go with the software. It seems to help us communicate in a way that seems more genuine than email. It is also quicker for me to get ahold of IT support at my job through skype. Cons Sometimes, it is very laggy or glitchy, and since it is a free product, there is nothing that we can do about it. Also, not everyone has the software installed and it does require a download.
