For this kind of audience, HowNow is fine. But for actually driving learning outcomes it's extraordinarily weak. Pros HowNow looks quite attractive and the mobile app is very intuitive and easy to use. Cons Where to begin? HowNow is very weak when it comes to democratized learning, discoverability and content management are extremely lacking, and there is little ability to personalize, whether it's UX through custom learning pathways, or UI by creating tailored environments for onboarding, customer-enablement, or performance management scenarios.
