Most of my clients don’t have the budgets traditionally needed to create compelling videos for their Amazon product pages and sponsored brand ads (both of which are essential for success on Amazon). I’m so happy that we’re able to create amazing videos for them in a cost-effective way. I’ve used several video editing platforms before and Wibbitz is by far the easiest to use with the most professional end product. The support team is always extremely responsive to emails when I encounter any sort of issue. Pros It's very intuitive and easy to use, and the quality of the video is great. Cons The nature of entertainment news is very fast, so I'm moving quickly when I create a video. I often have to click multiple times on a scene before the program registers that I'm clicking. You don’t need to be a video editor or have a design background to create great social-friendly videos in minutes. This program helps us create constant content for social! January 10, 2021 5.0 My overall experience with Wibbitz has been great. From getting signed up and working with my CSM to easily making high quality videos. I primarily use this tool to create customized and fun training /how-to videos for both my internal team as well as customers. It does exactly what it says it does and what I need it for. Would recommend for both the price and functionality! Pros The platform is very easy to use and the ability to save templates for later use is a huge time saver. The music library has a number of options for any type of video I've needed to create. I like to create videos with different layouts and styles and Wibbitz consistently releases new options to choose from. Cons I have run into a few minor issues when creating videos, but that is expected with any software you use. - The live chat in the platform makes it easy and fast to get an answer. Pros Very easy to use so our teams with zero tech or video backgrounds can routinely produce high-impact videos very quickly and easily and on a large scale. It was impossible for us to deliver such quantity and quality before. Ramp up was super quick when we started, and since then every time we onboard new teams to the solution they deliver almost instantaneously. Cons Pricing can seem on the high side but productivity gains were huge compared to our previous solutions because at the end of the day we deliver much more quantity with a better impact so I guess this is ok. Communication with the Wibbitz team also makes it great for giving feedback. Cons Not much to complain about... Pros Wibbitz is really intuitive and easy to use. I can make videos very fast and they look professional. When I publish these videos on social media, they outperform all of my other videos. It's also a quick way to tell a story without having to produce a long, expensive video. Cons I wish it was easier to manipulate the text on the scene. I was only posting images and now that I have videos posted on social, I am able to engage with my customers and share the latest updates on what we are working on. This is key to continue to drive revenue growth for us. Pros The ability to make videos for social media. I own a small business and I needed to create quick quality videos to share on Facebook and Instagram. Wibbitz allowed me to make modern-looking and professionally done videos. I have had tremendous engagement from my customers on my videos. Also, the platform is super easy to create videos from scratch or from their templates. Wibbitz gives me a whole other spectrum of services I can offer my clients to easily create amazing video content! Will definitely be recommending this to friends and colleagues! Pros It’s so simple and easy to use even with only basic knowledge in these kinds of programs. The best thing is that it allows me to broaden my skills and be able to offer my clients better service without out sourcing to (an expensive) third party. It's really flexible too! You can customize the fonts, text, music, logo, colors, etc, etc. Cons Really haven't found any cons. I learned the tool myself and used their help center/chat.
