I had a very positive experience using OneCount. It was a luxury to have a single system that tied together all the data from the numerous platforms we used across the organization.

Pros

Through OneCount, I could create highly specific segments based on keywords, purchases, and other factors. We used these segments to target pop-up ads on our website, offering a new way to engage those who weren't on our mailing lists. Similarly, using keywords for email targeting increased our open and click rates because our communications reached the right audience. The support for this product was unmatched. I had never experienced better customer service. While we encountered the usual wrinkles when setting up any new system, the OneCount team was determined to get us up and running. As a bonus, they even removed us as the middleman, communicating directly with our vendors.

Cons

We were not able to use this product to its full capacity. The time and resources dedicated to troubleshooting these vendor and AMS integration issues effectively became a bottleneck, significantly delaying the full deployment of the product's advanced features despite OneCount's efforts.
