Pros: - Reward functions to make the customer and ourselves happy: Files, messages (e.g. for sign up details), money or vouchers

- Unintrusive engagement functions after completing the survey: ask for sign up for ones newsletter, ask for a rating on platforms of your choice, ask for social media following, ask for a testimonial

- Completely brandable with own company design at the top tier plan

- Setup a different CNAME for every feedback survey

- How easy it is to set everything up -> just click and choose

Cons: - For some clients, the playful look and feel of the surveys are phenomenal, for others they may be a bit too fancy. I would like to have different templates with cleaner and more professional versions.

- It would be great to have the ability to disable unnecessary extra information like "last question" and "you're the fastest respondent".

- Furthermore, I like to display the ratings and the answers to the feedback surveys on my website in a comprehensive but clean way. At the moment it is only possible to display the overall rating.

I've heard that they are working on each of this cons. After implementation this software will be perfect for my needs!!

Pros: I think it's important that you get feedback from new products that people have paid for. This feedback gives you an immediate reality check on whether you've hit the mark or not. Of course that assumes you are measuring what matters most to the customer. Feedier makes it easy to set up any questions you want.

Cons: Im wanting more integration with my other platforms. For example, I want to be able to have a WordPress widget that will rotate my testimonials on a page. I want to be able to tag those testimonials and have the widget only display testimonials with a certain tag so they are pertinent to the topic. That said, I also want to direct the person to write testimonials that appeal to a theme. Right now I cant do that. For example I want to be able to have a question that says "What is different in your life now that you are using X product-service?" and I might want a question like "What would you tell someone who is on the fence about X product-service?" the answer to these are unique and would be used in only in the appropriate page on my website depending on the "proof" Im trying to convey.

Overall: They are very personable. They are working hard to make it a great platform. They are willing to hear feedback. And so far they seem intent on sticking with it to make it the "go to" platform for feedback.

Pros: I love that you can connect a sub-domain to your survey (aka carrier) so you're left with a professional looking domain like survey.acme.com.

You have the option of white-labeling the survey to make it look like a custom solution (great for agencies).

Feedier integrates into Zapier which opens up many possibilities for alerting team members and stakeholders and recording data.

It's incredibly easy to ask happy customers to post a review on a review site like TripAdvisor, Amazon, Google, Facebook, and the list goes on.

This one is the best...Feedier gives you the ability to reward your customer AFTER they submit their feedback (so you're not bribing your customers to leave a review) in the form of a voucher, downloadable asset, a coupon, etc.

Cons: There are some parts of the survey I would like to customize but currently don't have the option of altering.

The language to describe what certain features do is sometimes hard to understand because they are not written clearly, therefore, it makes it hard to see the value of a feature.

Overall: I love the survey presentation is professional, mobile-friendly, and customized to use with my clients.

Pros: The platform is very user-friendly, and the support is excellent. It makes getting feedback enjoyably. For both: creator and the end user. I have never had a chance to get so many feedbacks in such a short time. Extremely useful in practice.

Cons: It took some time to get used to the proper use of different types of questions and to put them in the right sequence. Later I found out that different templates can help me to prepare customised feedback forms for different customers.

Overall: I have several financial seminars (https://www.omegafinance.si/blog/shop/) that I need accurate feedback to understand better how participants got my message. It's nice to have a smart system in place which does the hard work for you. It gives me immediate feedback with a lot of insights and suggestions which help me to improve the quality of my training (https://www.omegafinance.si/blog/about-us/).

Pros: Feedier has a lot going for it. The interface is modern and clean and it provides the ultimate user with an experience that is not your typical survey.

The gamification within this tool will appeal to some business whereas for others, such as mine, it is not something I want to include. Luckily, Feedier have made it so that you don't have to gamify the experience.

One thing I love is how customizable it is. Many tools like this force you down a narrow funnel, but Feedier is not one of those tools. Pretty much every aspect of the surveys created can be tailored to meet your specific needs. This is very important.

Cons: One thing I would love to see is more in-depth and detailed reporting. There is already some worthwhile reporting in the tool, but it would be nice to take it to the next level as some people are interested in much more than just the 1000 foot view.

Overall: An excellent alternative to your typical survey tools. I don't use the gamification features, but I can imagine them being awesome for the right kind of business, such as if you are aimed at people under 24.

Pros: Our customer feedback is critical in our company's growth and using Feedier to collect feedback from our clients using its built-in sms services. The stats are what amaze us, giving us an overall topview of how satisfied they're with our services. The whole process to start collecting feedback is really simple with their clean UI. This is what appeals us also. No complicated process or steps.

Cons: The whole direction of Feedier seems to be gamify, including its fixed 'playful' design template. This we find it rather restrictive because we would like a more professional B2B type of design template.

Overall: Recommended. Definitely a nifty tool to check how we're doing with our clients.

Pros: Feedier is so easy to use and set up. You send them from the site or embed in an email or web page. It is very easy to set up rewards for the your survey, you can make rewards for everyone or a percentage. You can also set a limit to how many people get the reward. It sends out a thank you email. Overall, it is very easy to use and the customer support is awesome.

Cons: With is you could customer the survey better as far as apperience. One of the other options I wish they would add is a question bank. this would make it a little easier to make the surveys.

Overall: Over all I love how easy it is to set it up and get the feed back from my custmer to better understand their wants and needs.

Pros: I totally love the reward feature. It has given us great engagement.

Simply put, if you are in business, you need this. Period. You going to use this tool and if you not asking for customer feedback, your business won't have a future. These guys have put something together that has flipped the feedback industry onto its head!

Cons: There are few glitches like the 10 stars being 9 in a row and then 1 on the next line on my phone but on the whole, this is really slick.

The promised downloadable survey turns out to be a poorly formatted PDF with a QR code on it rather than a printable survey which suggests it takes less than 1 minute*s* to complete online.

Pros: UX, very intuitive and fast.

Great survey types, NPS, Market research, app/website feedback

Cons: Reporting features is kind of limited, for example from Reports section you can see a dashboard with rating score, question time, push status, net promoter scored widgets and can export each widget individually to csv/excel/json, however you cannot export all data in one attempt nor export question answers either.

Overall: It is a great tool to get customers feedback fast, in an engaging way and easy to use interface. Improvement is needed into Analytical piece, reporting options and flexibility to select metrics you want to review.

Pros: I was looking for an app that would let me implement quizes and online surveys as a way of lead capture (vs ebooks). And although this is not what Feedier was designed for, it lets me do this with great ease.

Cons: Some of the costomization is lacking, or example, I cannot change the wave background which the founder says is needed to make their look consistent but it doesn't make their clients sites consistent. Isn't it enough to have a Powered by Feedier at the bottom of each page? I wich they would let us remove that wavey background.

Overall: I am still trying to implment it and will see how it goes.

Pros: It si super easy to create a feedback survey for your website, email marketing or even print. The user interface is nice and makes it a breeze to create surveys. Lots of templates you can use and have the ability to offer rewards right inside the app for people who complete the survey.

Cons: More templates would be great as we are still exploring ideas on how to fully use the app.

Overall: Love it. Feedback surveys are easy to set up and implement and the ability to offer rewards right from inside the app makes this a much more feature rich tool than your standard feedback survey tool.

Pros: I like that I can reach my audiences through email, sms and other ways. I like that I can create different feedback forms for each of the programs that I run. I like that I can reward my clients and get them to take action on different things that I need done in return for a reward. I also love that there's so much more to Feedier and that the possibilities are many and varied. I'm looking forward to learning how to use the program effectively. Customer support is also very efficient.

Cons: It was difficult to use in the beginning. There are some really confusing pieces to putting a carrier together. I went onto YouTube to find tutorial videos and eventually found my way around certain problems...but there were one or two things that I tried to do that didn't work and I didn't know where to turn when I faced the problem.

Overall: Valuable feedback from my clients and a way of adding extra value to them.

Pros: I used to dread creating customer feedback surveys but Feedier has made them easy for me to make and the user experience is seamless. I've had great feedback as a result and it's really taken the hassle out of the whole process. Recently I asked for help duplicating a survey and got help straight away. Really pleased I invested in this.

Pros: I like very much that it is very intuitive and has a very user friendly UI. I did not have any prior experience with similar software and I got to create my review within minutes. I also like very much the support which is really there to assist.

Cons: The FAQs section is not very populated in the website. However the chat support covers any cases you do not find online. Sometimes the chat support is not lightning speed (it is a bit slow) but they always come back with a reply on the email.

Overall: I first started using feedier because of the features it provides. Then I found out how user friendly it was and I believe the strongest asset of Feedier is its support and the ability to get what the customers want and integrate it into their software. I believe it is one of the first times I feel like being heard from the Software Development team. When I first joined the software, one of the features did not work as expected and the development team fixed it in the following releases.

Use feedback as a lead generator. Find out which customers like your product the best.

Cons: The support is great and they are trying to to do there best to accomodate customer's requests but there is a problem with the QA. In one case they translated the whole flow to Hebrew but I found few bugs such as label that were not translated (I was told they will be translated the next version and they did but there were few more which were not translated), Direction of language.

They should pay attention to check the whole flow.

I'm sure they have the capability to do that.

Overall: Enable to rewards my customers for theire feedback and to find the best customers for my product.

Pros: I like that Feedier doesn't just allow you to collect feedback like many other tools do as well, but has a feedback lifecycle approach of allowing engagement options for next steps based on that feedback and also incentive steps based on the rankings provided. Also, they provide multiple ways to engage a customer from embeds, chat widgets, email, SMS, and more.

Cons: They are developing quickly to address many of the improvement areas of the product. Improved handling of the white-label option, such as customization of more of the messages (including email messages, all on-screen default messages, and adding custom domain 404 redirects).

Overall: Able to include a custom feedback survey with different engagement and incentive offers for an unlimited number of business processes. Can be use for all stages of the sales funnel as well as for internal employee surveys.

Pros: When you have a brand and want to know how your customers think of your business, Feedier may be the right tool to gather feedbacks that literally tells you about your strength, weakness and areas to improve on. We found it simple to create our feedback form and automate email our customers using zapier. Amazing tool.

Cons: Would love to have more options to design my feedback form. Maybe perhaps Feedier can add more design templates.

Pros: It's ease of use - with pre made templates it makes it super easy to get setup for common feedback forms. Plus you can easily duplicate surveys.

Cons: Wish there was more design based customisation in the survey, like shape of header, size of text and custom images and more colour options. Also, more white label options like 404 pages and white label client login.

Overall: Can easily track feedback for each hotel making it easier to see areas for improvement.

Pros: Feedier is extremely easy to use for all people involved. Whether you are creating a survey or completing a survey the entire process is a breeze. Feedier offers a variety of options such as offering rewards for completing the survey or encourage users to offer reviews and testimonials on various sites. Previously all of these components were separate and a lot of manual work was involved. Now everything is automated and most importantly it is a more pleasant experience for people who complete the survey.

Cons: The user interface is clearly geared towards a younger audience with vibrant colors and plenty of emojis. While these are great in many cases I would like to have the option for a more "serious" template in some cases for some corporate clients.

Pros: This app is easy to use and makes it quick to create surveys/feedback forms and to distribute them via email, sms or from your website. They appear to be taking on their customers suggestions and making updates to the app, so I think you will see this app get better and better and is very quickly becoming an outstanding option.

Cons: It's not yet completely mobile friendly, although they are aware of this and I believe currently working on getting the bugs out so it is completely mobile friendly, so that should be fixed soon. The reports could be improved, and a few small additional features (which are already in the pipeline) will make this app really stand out.

Overall: Really happy so far and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this fantastic new app!

Pros: Feedier is an all in one feedback collection platform that allows my VAs to create, distribute via email or sms and sends the reports to my email whoch then goes to the client. Is simple and intuitive to get bulk feedback input for brand or product positioning.

Cons: The incentivised feature could be a plus for others but not me.

Pros: The versatility this brings is amazing...

I can ask for feedback; depending on that feedback, either ask for a review or find out the issue to resolve it.

I can create growth surveys to improve my product and make a contest out of it.

The possibilities are endless!

Cons: Honestly I can't think of any...

They are moving very quick and have remedied every con since I signed up.

For example they didn't have a WordPress plugin, and now they do.

They didn't have APIs to use and now they do.

They didn't have zapier integration, and now they do.

All that within a month...

I'm blown away.

Overall: I can't discribe how awesome this tool is and how useful it'll be for my business.

Pros: It's a really easy to use application with a friendly user interface.

Very attentive support, open to suggestions and critics.

Cons: It's a new software, still evolving, so you may find some early bugs.

Still, you could turn them to your advantage, as the developers are really open to modify and adapt the application to the feedbacks they receive from customers.

Overall: I was lucky enough to buy a lifetime deal for Feedier, and I must say is one of the best money I have spent in the last years.

Before I used various form plugins in Wordpress to collect customers's feedbacks.

It worked and it was maybe more flexible, but it was really tedious to build the survey form, especially if you're not a skilled programmer.

Now everyone in the company can build easily one and collect helpful data, well organized and analyzed.

Pros: After launched my application Vendorsync into closed beta testing, I needed a way to collect user feedback and it needed to be more professional than a google form. Feedier easily exceeded my expectations by offering smart surveys that could redirect people based on their survey results. If a user provided an outstanding review, we can send them directly to a review site. At the same time, if they left a poor review, we could redirect them to our support team to see how we could improve their experience.

Cons: I would like more control over the overall look of the Survey including the ability to make my logo larger.

Overall: This app provides me a simple way to get new user feedback!

Pros: I love the look, the UI, and the actual surveys. They are great and they encourage people to fill them out.

Cons: The think that I like least about this software is that it is limited to certain browsers. This means that some people will attempt to take your survey and just get a blank screen / an error message, which from my experience has discouraged them from taking the survey. You can see that they tried because it has a survey response that took "0:00" to fill out, and they didn't answer any questions.

Overall: I enjoy using Feedier and I hope that they fix a few of their issues. It is very simple to use for the most part and if you've ever used a survey platform before you can probably get your first survey up and running in less than 20 minutes.

Pros: People often forget the customer support of the business and also how the customer see us. Capture reviews is a great way to improve your services, find missing opportunities and shape your workflow.

As business owners, we often get to attached to the process and forget that they are designed to be used by the customers, and not ourselves.

Feedier is an awesome tool to grab the opinion of the customer and help us improve. It's easy to use and can be used in multiple ways.

Cons: I can't think about it, because all the use and options I needed for my business are present. We are a consultancy company and also do e-comm, and Feedier encompass both (and more)

Pros: Very easy to use software. If one spend few minutes they will easily figure out how to create surveys without any help. The sharing options are great.

Cons: The customer service has been very poor, it has been months since I reported an issue and I was told they would get back to me but, guess what? They never got back to me :( I really like the software but have not been able to use it

Overall: I was intending to use it for a business which asks customers for reviews after every sale and it seemed ideal. Tried it and it was perfect however due to an issue we could use this and are using other services. Unfortunately the customer service just ignored my issue and it has been months since The issue was reported but no resolution :(

Pros: The team really knows how to develop lightweight but powerful tools and it shows. Easy and extremely quick to setup, lots of possible variations, and a thousand different ways to profit from. Collect feedback from users, prospects, buyers, get reviews for marketing purposes, ideas for product development, etc...

Cons: So far, nothing. Had some trouble getting setup at first but the response from support was courteous, prompt and helpful. So no complaint there.

Overall: Feedier allows us to add new incentivized steps to our funnels to collect feedback and data we can use to get to know our audience better, remarket to them more effectively, and build more engagement and loyalty from the get go.

Pros: I love the interface, both from the admin side and the end-user side. It only takes a few minutes to set up a new feedback survey (a carrier), and you can incentivize users with chances to win rewards. And the feedback forms look great and are simple to customize. Lots of feedback options (text input, star ratings, multiple choice, etc.). Also chat support was extremely responsive for the few questions I had.

Cons: No complaints at all, it does exactly what it promises and does it very well. No issues signing up or creating feedback carriers.

Overall: Collect honest reviews and feedback, and actually get people interested in leaving feedback (which is difficult).

Pros: Feedier is a great tool if you are interested in gathering customer feedback on your website, via email or on social media. Works like a typical feedback survey but you can change the questions based on the rating they give you and offers you the ability to give rewards for people taking the time to give feedback or to send them on to 3rd party review sites.

Cons: Since it is a more robust tool and typical customer feedback apps, it def takes more time and thought to put a proper survey together, but it's well worht the effort. have gotten great feedback using this tool.

Overall: Very good. Great UI and endless possibilities on how this can be used.

Pros: Very easy to get into and create a survey right from the beginning. Once you get the idea behind how the surveys are built and its sections you can create a survey that gets responses in no time.

Cons: I would like to see the reporting be a little smoother. However, the Feedier team is SUPER helpful and responsive and you can tell that they are active in resolving and growing the product. Nice to see improvements and engaged team.

Overall: First large survey drafted quick to get response from the business looking for feedback. The businesses loved the idea. Once we incorporated feedback we pushed out our first survey in no time and a great response rate. Customer happy.

Pros: The simplicity of setup. The step by step process which guides you to every single step makes things so easy.

Pros: - Awesome Interface & a very unique an effective way to request feedback. Everyone uses the same method, it's refreshing to be able to offer new types of incentives so easily.

Cons: You can't use variables in questions yet, but that feature is in development.

Overall: Have been using for a couple months and love Feedier. It's a beautiful way to request feedback from your customers. It also can be used as a lead magnet/content upgrade delivery system in exchange for feedback and it makes in insanely easy to offer incentive to your feedback request. For me at least, this used to require hacking together multiple system.

Pros: I really like the user interface! It's easy to create a survey and check the reports. Also, the user interface for the survey itself is very intuitive and makes the super enjoyable to be filled by the survey page visitor.

Cons: Had some troubles with the Zapier API integration to automate the responses straight t a Google Sheets, but I got a great support to look for it for me.

Overall: I use to have a low rate of responses that were solved after I start using Feedier. In my honest opinion, the interface + gamification helps to get the job done. I'm confident that my surveys will be much more accepted and filled now!

Pros: The platform is feature packed, easy to use, and just works. The product has obviously been very well thought out, and the Feedier team are incredibly responsive when contacted with questions and feedback.

Cons: When they first launched there were a few key features missing that meant we had to give it a pass. Thankfully most of those have now been integrated, and seem to be working. Would love to see this continue, and the 3rd party integrations functions grow.

Overall: Overall the platform was a pleasure to use, and is very affordable when compared to its peers. We were incredibly happy.

Pros: I'm loving Feedier in so many ways! It's a novel and fun way to get feedback. I love the format and the questions. I've constructed a survey and a couple of test responses and I'm about to launch to more people. Those filling in so far think it's brilliant!

Cons: I've had a couple of blips but the customer support has been great and they've fixed them really quickly.

Overall: This is solving a problem I didn't even realise was there until I found Feedier - feedback can be dull and tedious. This makes it something else. Gamifying it, making it look good and adding rewards is genius.

Overall: We wanted a product which can help us gauge user feedback on our product, and it is very good for the price and features on offer. Support can improve a lot as a lot of bugs and queries are left unanswered even after repeated follow ups. Heavy advanced integrations and features clearly distinguish this product from others. Pros: I like its easy of use and that it looks really nice (modern and minimalistic with touches of colour). Also, that it has a white label feature .

Cons: That the widget only shows the overall feedback and doesn't allow the user to give feeback from it, that would be nice as it removes friction.

Overall: I'm using it to offer the feedback service to my brick and mortar clients. They use de PDF feature to ask for feedback in exchange of a discount and it's working really well.

After this, you can funnel the users that left good feedback to review sites and social media via email marketing.

It works for core things

Cons: Customer support is slow in response. New features were requested long time ago. Nobody can give time when this will be implemented.

Not able for user to reply more than once to the same form.

Functionality about posting a review to social networks for high ratings is limited.

Overall: Considering switching to another provider if functionality we need will not be implemented soon, in particular ability for the same user to use the same feedback form after some time (e.g. week, month, few days)

Pros: It's beauty and responsiveness. The animations and the idea of a reward to sort of bait lazy customers into giving an optinion about their purchase, all in a convenient package is awesome

Cons: The stiffness of the design (although i understand it's to keep a consistant design, also they are working on giving more options to users
