Utilizziamo Sphera per tutte le fasi del processo di audit (risk assessment, pianificazione interventi, esecuzione, monitoraggio dei rilievi) nonchè per rendicontare le ore spese su ogni attività.

Pros

totalmente customizzabile sulle esigenze del cliente ed integrabile con gli altri sistemi aziendali. Il fornitore è sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente in tempi rapidissimi. Rapporto qualità prezzo di gran lunga migliore rispetto ai competitor

Cons

Sarebbe utile una maggiore integrazione con gli strumenti del mondo Windows (pacchetto office), come ad esempio la possibilità di lavorare in live su applicativo su documenti word excel (come se si lavorasse in un file system), con possibilità di storicizzare le modifiche alle versioni dei doc.

SPHERAes ha permesso di mappare persone, unità organizzative, processi e rischi d'impresa e rendere questo patrimonio informativo disponibile alle funzioni aziendali operative, di controllo e di governance. Le potenzialità del sistema sono state immediatamente comprese e apprezzate dalle persone a cui è stato proposto, soprattutto da parte di quelle già abituate ad utilizzare strumenti similari.

Pros

SPHERAes permette di realizzare in modo efficace ed efficiente la Digitial Twin of an Organization (DTO), ovvero la copia digitale di una organizzazione con i suoi processi per finalità operative e di controllo. SPHERAes si è adattato molto bene alle realtà aziendali ove è stato applicato e il tempo per averlo in produzione è stato breve (mediamente 3 mesi). Oltre a soddisfare tutti i requisiti per cui è stato applicato si presta ad essere utilizzato come una ottima piattaforma di collaborazione interaziendale, a livello di gruppo e addirittura con entità esterne rispetto a quella che lo ha adottato (es. clienti e fornitori).

Cons

Ha tutte le potenzialità di un sistema e quindi l'operatività come sistema può non essere immediatamente intuitiva per qualsiasi tipo di utente. Nessuna difficoltà emerge però per gli utenti esperti.

Sphera allows the management of audit activities starting from the annual planning (including risk based) up to the monitoring of corrective actions, passing through the planning and execution of the tests.

Pros

The system has good scalability, linked to the great availability and competence of the supplier. The status of the activities is easily identifiable thanks to the presence of dashboards implemented ad hoc, based on specific needs.

Cons

The process of compiling and validating the forms is sometimes cumbersome.

The advantage for my business is the possibility of having available structured and updated data "on line"; this gives us the possibility to weave different information sources for data analysis from different points of view, which with the old systems turned out to be extremely manual and not very timely.

Pros

The strength is undoubtedly flexibility and technical support. The implementations made in the company have been customized to our needs and the requested changes are implemented in more than reasonable times.

Cons

I would improve the interface is not "modern" and the design is not web, some steps are not user friendly.

Sphera is a scalable metasoftware that can be totally customized to the most diverse needs. It allows you to independently develop your own software without being IT programmers!

Improved user interface, slightly complex in the initial but powerful approach and WYSIWYG. Allows you with a minimum of practice to do a great job!
