"Not worth it"

**Pros:** Not much. The design looks ok at the beginning.

**Cons:** Too complicated and expensive. No training given.

"A great way to organise and maintain governance of formal meetings"

**Overall:** A great tool which has significantly enhanced operational efficiency within a short period of time

**Pros:** Highly intuitive and easy to pick up with limited practice

**Cons:** Meeting book converts landscape documents to portrait which isn't ideal to display spreadsheet type data
