Cons the fact that it is a foreground application and not a service. also that I cannot change the comment of a PC if its not online. also the support is not so good, and it looks as if it is outsourced to robots. I changed My email address and they will only allow service from the old email - no option to update it. and the worst thing - after upgrading the VM running OS Monitor - I had to reinstall re license and i lost all old data.
