### "Great piece of tech to increase leads!"

Working with ResponseiQ has been great, everything was easy to do and has delivered on what was sold to us. The support team has been great whenever I've needed help making any changes in the portal or had any questions!

Pros

Easy to set-up from an installation and customization perspective. Great integrations with Google Analytics & Call Tracking software. Brilliant reporting in the platform Great support via chat on their portal. Lead Connect greatly increases the number of prospects we can contact.

Cons

I'm yet to find any issues or anything that I don't like.

It's a refreshing change from the norm, to buy a service like this and still 2 years on, get the same prompt support you had on day 1. Great team, you all should be proud of the quality of your customer care!

Pros

I added this feature to our website over 2 years ago. It's never failed or gone wrong. It was easy and quick to install. It's easy to make changes. Our receptionists all easily understood what to do when a call came in this way. Most importantly, whenever I've had a support question, their team respond the same day and are always friendly and willing to help out. From an external perspective, our clients have NO idea their simply being connected to our main reception line. They think the message was passed on and instantly a solicitor rang them back. For those that can't be asked to go to our contact us page to ring us, it's an easy alternative and boosts how many website visitors actually convert into a client. It's all about making it easy for them to get in touch and to ensure we are the first to respond before they pick up their phone and ring another law firm for help (as usually these things are urgent matters, so first to respond often gets the client!).

Cons

It would be nice to have them choose what department they need from a 2nd drop down. The first drop down lets them choose the office, thus the software knows what number to connect it to... but it would be very helpful for the recptionists taking the call to know what department they are going to need to connect the client to without having to ask them on the phone. Smoother process for the client. Faster call handling for the receptionists.

Response IQ, is a fantastic company that looks after us, but at the same time creates a user friendly platform for our customers. The pricing structure is very reasonable and fits around us being a seasonal business.

Firstly the tech works, but if we need them RiQ are very responsive. They are easy to get along with and very collaborative to deliver continuous improvements.

Pros

Simple goal was to automate outbounding of lead data from our website, but we have since implemented lots of the various RiQ functions into our lead generation workflow including HubSpot integration.

Cons

Integration was quick and seamless. Anything we have suggested as developments have been adopted or are scheduled in their dev roadmap.

Reason for choosing ResponseiQ

We agreed a short term pilot to test the functionality with limited commitment, but we have since signed up for a long term arrangement in order to secure some bespoke developments.

Higher conversion rates, instant call back,

Pros

ResponseIQ is easy to use and has had a huge impact on my clients website conversions. For a small amount of time investing in setting up the system has shown a large increase of tracked website enquiries. As a marketing agency we are now actively suggesting ResponseIQ to multiple other clients to help them increase there websites conversions. Response from customers has also been amazing and they are surprised at how quickly we are speaking to them and quoting for the work required. The support when installing and then using the software has also been spot on and would happily recommend this platform in the future.

Cons

So far I haven't found any major cons with ResponseIQ. I guess that's also a good thing as it works without me thinking about it.

The ability to connect my sales team with my web traffic in a seamless & swift fashion.

Pros

The software is first class and sector leading, but the team behind it make it truly stand out. They've a real eye for the strategic implementation, and a view for the bigger picture that helps us to make the most of our traffic strategies. - The implementation is easy, keeping dev overhead low - The credit system is fair, making it easy to forecast my use - The back-end has great levels of customisation - Support is second-to-none

Cons

I've not come across a single dealbreaker to date! I once had a slight hiccup with how I'd configured a feature, but it took less than 10 min for support to rectify for me.

I have had a few occasions when I have needed to get in touch with the customer support, but they have always been really efficient and friendly. Always come away feeling like I have been looked after.

Pros

The best thing about ResponseiQ is the return on investment that we achieve.

Cons

If I had to be critical I would say that the backend can be slightly clunky and that is simply because of the vast functionality and ability to spec so much of it.

This tool allows us to connect faster with our clients.Over all value for Money and helpful marketing tool.The customer support team is very helpful where you get one person to assist you over chat/Email/Calls.Lauren is particularly very helpful in customer services team. Admin panel is good where you get to see all detailed analysis about the call.Over all good experience using the software and connecting with the team.Entire team is very active to resolve your issues.

Cons

Nothing as such till now,Few more filters needed to make it more user friendly to extract data. As per my conversation with the team last time they are already working on the same.

Pros

It was easy to install and set up and it is a really nice feature to allow website visitors another choice as to how they contact us.

Cons

Initially we didn't realise that we could exclude countries that we didn't want to contact us from seeing the widget. Once we set that up, we more or less eliminated the time wasting calls.
