This is excellent for my needs and extremely extensible since local resources are allowed. I'd say with more applications and fixing a few bugs this is a top tier solution for the price.

Pros

\- Apps are quality and work - Extremely versatile deployment with different desktop/mobile apps & browser solutions - Scheduling and screen splitting is very straightforward - Allows for locally hosted resources - Works on 2k and 4k monitors

Cons

\- Needs more apps, some other solutions have triple the amount of apps. - Apps could also use more customization options with color/font/positioning/background. - Screen split sections seem to stop loading and hang the application if power is lost to monitor or it's turned off for an extended period of time. I have a script that detects and kills the process now. - Support gave a non-working solution for mouse hiding I had to get a third party app to resolve. -

Overall, we find this product really useful and effective for internal marketing. The team enjoys and it's overall an easy software to use.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use, how we can regulate the slides by order and screen time, and I also enjoy setting up different playlists and scheduling out playlists in advance.

Cons

I wish the layout of designing slides was integrated with Canva accounts so I can link my Canva designs to OptSigns.

I'm still using the trial version but I'm already convinced. The applications are simply structured and can also be controlled by untrained IT people.

Pros

The simplicity of control and programming

Cons

The first two hours are a bit complicated until you know what to do. For me, a German, a German instruction manual or video would be a good decision

Pros

Super easy to implement and use. Intuitive design overall with lots of customization options. Instant updates to displays when creating designs on on a computer.

Cons

So far I haven't found any cons aside from having to pay for the product.

Pros

I have used remote-managed digital signage in our multiple locations for years, but only realized what I was missing after I began to implement across our organization. I can finally now delegate updates and campaigns to staff with confidence due to the easy to use interface and powerful designer.

Cons

Was excited to see that our Roku-onboard TVs would support , but bummed when I found out 75% of our content wasn't compatible. So we moved to fire sticks.

We have a lobby full of parents throughout our open hours. This allows us to advertise all of the programs we offer. Easy to update and stay fresh with what is coming up.

Pros

The software is so simple to use and set up. Had the first playlist setup and running within minutes. I can choose how long each picture is displayed, can order them the way I want and the best thing is, it runs automatically without a need to connect to another device to mirror.

Cons

I cannot think of anything at this point.

So far, it's been great! Customer service was helpful in getting us going. I was able to get it set up and started on our screen, and I'm not tech savvy. Just what we needed!

Pros

We needed a simple, remote program to use for digital signage. It's easy to update and looks great on our TV!

Cons

I wish I was able to schedule multiple playlists at a time. Maybe I can and I just haven't figured that out yet.

I would totally recommend to anyone looking to spice up their office/storefront. Our office is now filled with more color, vibrancy, and our overall morale has even gone up!

Pros

What I love most about this software is how easy it is to use. You can upload everything in just a few minutes and there are no limits of what you can use as assets on your signage. Whether you have a powerpoint, website, or youtube playlist to showcase, you won't be disappointed by the feed!

Cons

I think the most disappointing aspect of this software is that the quality is compressed when broadcasted on our Fire TVs. Even when streaming via YouTube, you'll notice the quality is not as good as if you opened the Youtube app natively.

It has been fine.

Pros

It is nice with how easy the software hooks up to the devices we need to display the plays on.

Cons

The difficulties with this software come in form of functionality. For example, you can not view the images in the playlist. They appear very small and you are unable to enlarge to make sure they are correct. Also, the functionality within the playlist upload is disappointing. For instance, you can not delete items in your uploads. This becomes very congested.
