It's a really great platform to use for marketing to your location. Our whole team has really enjoyed adding this. Pros Easy to use - our team was able to fully implement within the first month of use. We use this every day and have actually been able to sell sponsorships using this feature. The app and online portal to manage our devices are both very easy to use as well. We had an issue in the beginning, but their customer support hopped on a call immediately to help walk us through the issue. Great addition to our Tech stack! The tool is easy to use and simple to install. I've contacted customer service a few times, and they've always been friendly and fast. Pros was one of the few companies that offered live TV in the player. Installation was also super simple. Cons I couldn't find any negative things myself. Pros I like that can be used from anywhere, if I'm at home or on vacation and need to make quick changes, Optisigns makes that possible. Cons The least thing I like about are the lack of template options for different formats of menus and user friendliness of the website could improve as well. The platform is user-friendly overall, and their customer service is outstanding—quick, helpful, and much better than many other cloud-based services. Pros Their customer service is excellent—quick to respond, friendly, and far more helpful than many other cloud platforms. The platform itself is also quite easy to use, even for non-technical users. Cons The static version of OptiSign loads quickly and works very well. However, the interactive platform could be improved, as loading times are noticeably slower and affect the user experience. " April 4, 2025 5.0 is easy to setup and use for me as the IT Admin. Think of it as the Mac for Digital Signage, reliable, robust and it just works, Period. We outsource the content to an external marketing firm, and they were able to quickly learn their way around and post content remotely while I take care of my main duties. If I need to add content ad-hoc, I can add simple or more complex content using the built-in features to help me do exactly that. Easy setup, flexible to our needs, easy on the budget, I absolutely recommend it. Pros It just works. Set it and forget it. That's what I like the most from an IT Admin standpoint. Hardware and Cloud based Software by a single vendor. Cons Wish the multi-screen video wall player was sold over on Amazon as well just like their single screen player. Had to order 2 of them direct from the website with a company card. While it was a minor inconvenience due to our internal procurement processes, it came in less than a week. Would definitely recommend. Pros Easy to use, wide range of supported apps and features. We use the power BI features the most. We have around 15 screens in our factory and have replaced old signage boards. Cons Non really, US based so time delay but not a a problem. It does what we need it to do over the different monitors that we have. Not easy to find a good software like this. Pros How Easy its to just use and how easily it manages all my screens. You can control different screens with different things. Pros Easy to use and the playlists are super helpful. You can organize files and folders for all of our needs on screens through our cafes. Cons I wish I could schedule things to be added to a playlist. Maybe you can and I tried finding this option but was unable to. The staff at that I've interacted with have been top notch pros. Pros Ease of use. Good UI/UX, easy to understand, easy to set up, easy to add assets to. It's got a good invite/permission system - easy to add new users with appropriate permission levels. Powerful automation options - schedules, playlists, that sort of thing. Reliable - we haven't had any issues with hardware or back-end service.
